So disappointed. Was a no call no show. I called 2 times and left a message to see if they were still coming, thinking things happen . Waited around ALL day, still no call. A day later, still no call. Very unprofessional.

Roger was very courteous, and informative. Unfortunately the problem was not solvable today.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

The show room is gorgeous with great visuals. Trish made the experience very fun, she gave thoughtful input and made it very easy to be decisive. I could tell she was really listening to what we wanted when she offered solutions and ideas, and was great at keeping style and budget in mind and has been very attentive outside of the showroom, researching different things for us and responding to emails. I would highly recommend her, their inventory is awesome too.

I highly recommend Bethany Plumbing! I gave them 5 stars, but if I could've given them 10 stars, I would have! A couple days ago my bath tub suddenly quit draining, I called them and they came out asap & got it unplugged. They also cleaned out my kitchen pipes as they had been draining slow. I am so amazed at the difference in how they drain now! I had no idea they could drain so fast! You get used to how slow things drain because it's so gradual, but what a huge difference it is now. And I also noticed that I now have excellent flow/pressure of the water coming out of my kitchen faucet! I was so frustrated at how slow the water would come out of the faucet. I just assumed it meant I just didn't have good water pressure at my house and didn't realize it could be fixed! It would take so long to fill up my tea kettle or fill up pans for boiling water. But Bethany Plumbing to the rescue!!! I can't believe has fast and strong that water comes out now!! It's so incredible & exciting! I'm sorry this is so long, but I am just so excited in the improvements that Bethany Plumbing made for my plumbing. They were great from the get go! So kind & helpful on the phone when I called needing help. They kept me updated as far as when they would be out. They were at my house when they said they would be. They were patient and helpful when I mentioned another thing that wasn't working right and wanted them to look at! They gave me great advice for maintenance and they were so very fair and honest for the cost. I know I will definitely call them again when I have drainage issues and you should too, you won't be sorry! Thanks so much Bethany Plumbing! You did a great job and I really appreciate everything you did!! I love all these improvements that you made in my house!! Who knew how exciting great water flow could be! You Rock!!

This is the biggest joke of a plumbing company. I will never use this company again. I was required to go through them for my insurance company. They came out in July and said they were only there to evaluate the situation and were going to take pictures. They called me about 5 days later and tried to tell me the only thing they could do is unclog the drains. Ummm no. The water pressure needs to be fixed in the bath tub and the heat. They said they were not going to fix those issues. I called the American first back and they said there is no reason for them not to fix it and they would send an email. Two weeks went by I never heard anything. I called the insurance company and asked them what was going on. They said they would send a different company and call me back. Two more weeks go by and nothing. I called them again and they said this plumbing company had to come back out. So finally last Friday they came back out to say they were only going to unclog the drains. They refused to do what I paid them to do. They are a disgrace of a plumbing company.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.
