Lance has been taking care of all of our plumbing needs for almost 20 years. From plumbing problems such as leaks or needing toilet repair to complete household remodels of kitchens and bathrooms. Lance has always been there for us. He is exceptionally fastidious and his attention to detail and precision is extraordinary! The job is done right the first time. After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I love Eric Nelson Plumbing and will never use another plumber. I have used them 4 or 5 times before and always been happy, but their latest service was above and beyond. I had a broken fridge and a new fridge delivered. The guys who delivered the fridge told me my kitchen doorway would have to be ripped out to get the new fridge in. Also, they broke off the copper water line when pulling out the old fridge and I had to go without water. Jarod and Nick came in, moved the old fridge out, down icy steps, fixed the water line and installed the new fridge without ripping out the doorway. I was so relieved and grateful! They were professionals. Courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Five stars.

Working with Able Plumbing was great. Jake came out to talk about the project beforehand and troubleshoot a few details. He was punctual for all of our appointments and finished the work on time and within budget. I won't hesitate to call Jake again for our next plumbing project.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I had a sewer back up in the evening and our plumber had recommended that we call Ron the Sewer Rat. I went online that evening to their website and booked the first available appointment, which was the next Monday. (This was Wednesday evening). The next morning, even before they were open, they texted me and said they could come out that day between 2pm-6pm. Jon called me about 15 minutes before 2pm and said he would be there at 2pm and he was right on time. He brought in his gear and went right to work. He said our clog had dissipated, but he used his camera and found some smaller roots, then he showed me on his camera, the entire drain pipe and explained what he was going to do. He took care of the roots and told us we should consider having this done a little more frequent than what we have been doing. The last time was 15 years ago. He was very professional and cleaned up his mess. He told me the total cost, which was very reasonable I might add. I paid him and we asked if he had any business cards. He went out to his truck and brought back a packet that included a fridge magnet, business card, nice ball point pen, and best of all, the Ron the Sewer Rat coloring book with crayons. My grandson is going to love that! I will definitely call them the next time I have any drain issues and will absolutely pass on their name to anyone I know that needs help with their drains.
