I have used Polar Plumbing for many years, Lance as always done a wonderful job, he gives me a quote upfront. I appreciate that he does a wonderful job. He has replaced my outside water valves, as well as both valves before and after my water meter in the basement. He just installed a new water heater mine was leaking he ordered it immediately late
Monday it came in Wednesday he squeezed me in and installed it Wednesday. I am very appreciative!

Peter arrived on time, immediately went to work, finished the repair in 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything because he didn't have to use any of his own materials. When is the last time someone performed a maintenance service for me free of charge happy? Never before today! No charge was because I am a member of their maintenance club. For that, I pay $99 a year, and they maintain all of my utilities without additional charge. They do this with the hope that if you do need work done that you will choose them. And I certainly have. They always do excellent work and they will continue to be my go-to team for help with my utilities. I have also recommended them to several of my clients all of whom have been very happy with them as well.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . This is the third year Jeff has cleaned out my floor drain in our basement since we bought this old house with tiny pipes (LOL!). We’re old friends. He’s so kind and professional. And does a great job communicating the problem and gives helpful advice to keep from seeing him so frequently. RTSR service is always top notch. Highly recommend!

No good dont call

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
