Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Tom and John were very pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions. They did an excellent job of cleanup.

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. We called Roark plumbing to tie in a new bathroom vanity we had installed during a remodel. Micah came out and was extremely helpful. He did an amazing job with the water lines and kept everything tidy and clean in the new vanity. He also sat us down at the end and went through everything he had done and coached us maintenance and up keep. He was extremely helpful and personable. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

We have used Kelly Plumbing for many many years. I don't think there is a pipe or plumbing fixture in our house that they have not touched. They have always been so great to work with and worth every dollar!

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Price was fair. He cleaned up everything and left without a trace. What a great experience! Thanks.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Excellent experience. Brian was able to come on a summer weekend, when two other drain companies couldn't come out until Monday. I had a clogged kitchen sink, so that was very helpful.

He cleaned it out, then also mentioned that the way our piping is configured, wasn't optimal. A couple of other people have told me that too, but somehow we hadn't done anything about it.

I asked him whether fixing that was something he could do, and he said he could get the parts and fix it. He went to Home Depot to get the parts and stayed an extra 2 hours to fix it and test everything. I greatly appreciated his work!

He was courteous and communicative, and everything runs much more smoothly now. He said if anything comes up afterwards, to give him a call. I was very pleased. Thank you!!

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.
