We had our dishwasher installed and Josh was amazing! He was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. He had the job done quickly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 would hire him again.

I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! I will make sure to have cash/check on hand so I can call him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend for fast friendly service!

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

I had called several plumbing companies before I decided to hire Jake the Plumber. They were the first company not to treat me like I was a complete idiot. They were honest, compassionate and I didn't feel like they were trying to screw me. Timing for someone to come out was excellent! (same day). Stu Maxwell was sent. He was very friendly and easy going, made me laugh and helped educate me about my problem. He also fixed a leaky faucet for me at no extra charge. Jake the Plumber will be my go to plumber from now on!

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

We had our old septic system replaced with a new mound system by Capra's this week and the process went flawlessly and the job done by Mike Capra and his crew was done quickly with all phases of the install well coordinated. The hilly terrain of our lot, numerous oak trees and large pond required a very technical installation. Throughout the process, Mike was on top of everything, was available to provide answers to questions and would keep us informed of anything he needed us to do. We highly recommend Capra's Utilities!

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Paul was new to us when he came to fix a burst pipe in our basement. He came highly recommended on Next Door. He was terrific! Not only did he fix the problem, he also worked with us on preventing the issue from happening again. He installed an outdoor spigot that was far superior to the one we had. He offered to replace it with the same one or do the upgrade - our choice. We chose the slightly more option and it works so much better. We are very grateful to Paul for his professional work, his can-do spirit, and his advice. We will definitely contact him when we have another issue.

Responded promptly and was at our place within an hour to fix our garbage disposal leak. Very professional, explained the issue and offered a workable solution. Was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the service!

I manage a hotel in Stillwater that frequently uses Geno and Rick from Power Plumbing and I couldn't possibly say enough about what great service they provide. Power Plumbing is one of our very favorite vendors...they never let us down taking care of our small issues, renovation needs, and even emergencies. They have fair pricing and phenomenal attitudes. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jim Murr and his associate who came to my home were both polite and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and I even requested more work to be done on site that wasn't discussed prior, and Jim took the time to address and solve the problem. The prices were more than fair especially considering it's a small business.

I’m conflicted about writing this review. I hate writing less than perfect reviews for small businesses.

We are new homeowners and we learned some tough lessons, like get your quotes in writing before they start the work.

We had a very basic job - run an existing gas line 4-5 feet and install a new gas range.

At the end of the day, the work is done, but at more than twice the price we were originally quoted.

We were surprised that permit fees weren’t mentioned in the quote. We were also surprised that the duration they quoted was double to finish the job. I asked if anything went wrong that increased the duration and they said “moving an anti tip bracket” to account for an extra 1 hour...

It was a tough $700+ lesson for an appliance install.... almost as much as the appliance itself... Next time I would do things differently and have the plumber do the gas line and have Home Depot do the install.

Maybe some of it was our fault for hiring an over qualified person to do an install, but that is what the office suggested we do when we called to schedule.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.

I was in quick need of services to resolve an immediate issue. I contacted Municipal Commercial Sewer Services and they were very responsive. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and were very professional. They even provided suggestions to help prevent future problems. Definitely would contact them again.
