Would definelty recommend their service. Called on a Monday morning and had a tech on site in a few hours. He was able to get my drain cleared within an hour. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

On time and did exactly what needed to be done without trying any games or upsales. Very impressed.

Had a great experience with Josiah from All Star Handyman! We've had Joisah help with a number of things in our home, and he did a great job at everything! He's fixed doors, helped with flooring, helped with a bathroom remodel, etc!

Very thankful for his timely communication, and his honesty. Some contractors and handymen can inflate prices, or cut corners (I've unfortunately experienced that with others before), but Josiah has been 100% transparent and honest and does very high quality work! If you're in the twin cities area, he's your guy!

This plumber sure does have issues with customer service. I don’t think after reading these reviews I would ever call Don Dunn Plumbing. What a joke. It seems like he’s rude.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

My tub handle broke off at the valve and the tub could not be turned off, this meant it was time to turn off the main water line :( well, that did not fully work and water was still running. then, the darn handle broke completely off my main water line meaning no way to turn my water on or off and water stuck on.

We called and Roman was literally at the house in like 30 minutes. Sadly, we had to have the city shut off water and a few extra unexpected repairs. However, we will come out ahead and have a better setup from here on out so that is a huge win.

Roman is very professional, upfront, and honest about the prices discussed. Everything showed us along the way what was going on we could make an informed decision. Super easy-going and straight forward with communication and options. He will be coming back next week to help us with the rest of the repair. We are so grateful that the water is no longer ready. Cichy's was great! They were very responsive and responded quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We ended up having a complicated situation with lining the pipe (through another company) and Cichy's was completely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Mike was absolutely amazing! He helped setup my washer/dryer and even went the extra mile to two different hardware stores to get the parts needed for the units. Although extra time for him, he didn’t charge extra and ensures the washer and dryer were running smoothly. He even learned some new skills to help for the setup. Mike was professional, personable, and trustworthy. He did this entire install just after a snowstorm no less (despite several other installers cancelling).

Matt G came to our home right on time & did a fantastic job installing 2 new faucets. He shared helpful information re plumbing techniques & was just a really personable & friendly fella! I'll happily call Champion again & ask for Matt!

My water heater went out, and after first getting a $3,500 estimate from one of the bigger companies in town to install a new one, I called AJ Alberts instead. They were much more affordable, while not sacrificing quality, customer service, or timeliness of the installation. I had the new water heater installed the same day I passed on the big company's estimate. Their responsiveness and professionalism were very much appreciated! I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.
