Best Plumbers in Michigan

Spoke to a gentleman named Brandon regarding my emergency plumbing issue. He stated that he was familiar with my area and that he knew exactly what the issue is regarding the flood. He gave me a one hour window time frame for arrival and he never came. I even called several times an hour later, and no one answered at all. Furthermore, if you have any emergency or even regular plumbing issues, do not contact this company because they are not professional and they will not arrive nor get back with you in at all, this business operates like a slumlord because when you need them the most they will not help you.

Mr Brock was a referral thru a friend & been my go to plumber for the last 4years ( bathroom kitchen etc) very professional & his prices are are worth the work & making sure the job is complete! & Cleans up after job! I highly recommend him for ur plumbing needs & he will call u back! & Make sure ur a satisfied customer Ms Jones

Thanks to Best Plumbing I had a total nightmare become much more tolerable. One of our pipes collapsed leading to a water back up in my basement. It was a big job because they had to break our tile and concrete to access the pipe and there was still so much groundwater from recent storms. Best plumbing sent 3 plumbers to my house to handle the job (Dominick, Chad, and Sheldon), and also the owner Brian came to supervise occasionally. Brian was very informative seemed to clearly understand how the plumbing system worked and how to fix the problem. Dominick spearheaded the operation and really went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly, he was also very polite and kind. Brian reached out to the city of Dearborn and got an inspector to come approve the job the next day. They also worked with me on the price and always picked up the phone when I called (it can get very frustrating when you’re in a crisis and they don’t pick up the phone). Lastly, Dominick did a great job cleaning the very messy job which I really appreciated and led to a lot of relief as this was all done in my finished basement. 10/10

Edit: June 6,2023: Giving them one less star because one of their employees (none of the ones mentioned above) was shady af. I had a broken drain valve on my hot water tank and he told me that if he removed it it would easily break off and he’d have to replace the whole tank. Essentially trying to get me to pay more for a bigger job. That was a lie and I eventually had someone come out who replaced the valve easily in less than 5 minutes.

We’ve used them a number of times, with Will being our guy the last couple times. They are easy to work with and get you into their schedule quickly. I think they’re a bit pricey BUT I can’t do the work myself, and the quality of work and service is top notch.I highly recommend you request Will.

Concerned plumbing is absolutely the best and Reggie is the greatest. Easy to talk to, compassionate and has an extremely sound knowledge of the plumbing trade.. I only wish that I would have found out about him first, before I wasted time and money on others..

These guys do fantastic work! it's so hard to find a good honest tradesmen of any kind these days so save this number and your set for life. 10/10 would recommend

Whole service an jhon was awesome

Called multiple times being told that someone would be out to my place today and that a plumber would call me either in a few hours or the morning the next day. It's been 5 days and now I can't even get a hold of them at all on a Monday afternoon.

Highly recommend! I had a plumbing emergency at the same time most of the surrounding areas were flooded and was so afraid I wouldn’t get anyone out for days or weeks and with two small children and nothing draining in my home, that would have been a nightmare. JD was super understanding and him and his team were able to get out and take care of my problem right away and for a great price too! These guys worked hard and fast and were super friendly! Will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs!

Called for a plumber due to a blockage in drains at my daughter's home. Ken and his partner came within 20 minutes and eeled out the line. In 10 minutes he had everything up and running again. They were very pleasant, informative, neat and respectful. would definitely call again
