5 STARS: We had guests in town for my sons birthday and Roto-Rooter came out in a FLASH, and on a Saturday, to fix our lift-pump, which had blown-up and made our house smell like sewage....THEY TRULY SAVED THE DAY!!! Highly recommend, efficient & friendly.

Great Service

The morning we were taking my husband in for surgery, we woke up to our furnace out. Panicking at 5 am, we called Rolf Griffin’s 24 hour service number. By 8:30, they were at our house, by 9 we found out our 22 year old furnace was done for. We had to leave for the hospital, but they stayed and finished what they could do and sent all the paperwork via email so I could get this moving from the hospital. Chad, our wonderful sales contact, told us they’d have it installed the next day. He offered to bring out space heaters to get us through the night, and I’m sure they do that for everyone, but it felt so personalized. An hour later I got a call telling us they didn’t want my husband coming home from the hospital to a cold house, so they were going to get us in the same day. A bit later, Ryan and Devon were at our house getting our new furnace and air conditioner installed in 29 degree weather. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and cleaned everything up (there was a lot of dirt involved in replacing that 22 yo furnace). They talked us through everything, went over the service plan, and Devon even helped us get our phones programmed to the thermostat. I can’t speak highly enough of this entire team! It’s never a good day when an expense like this comes up, but man did they make us feel taken care of from beginning to end. Thank you all so much!!!!

Dave Sain did a wonderful job

This company was to do a repair for my home warranty company. They never called to schedule an appointment within the required timeframe of 24 hours. They finally left a message after 9pm. They never answer the phone when I tried calling back several times or when my warranty company tried calling. When the warranty company finally talked to them they LIED and said I had cancelled the service call. I will never use this company and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
