Called Repipe Specialists to get an idea of what it would cost to replace the old galvanized pipes in my house. They quickly scheduled an appointment to look at the house and got me an estimate. They were able to provide me with financing at a fantastic rate.

As for the work itself the pipes were done in a day. They were efficient and very friendly. The were careful to cut into as few walls as possible and the patching was done the next day. The patches turned out great! A light sanding and some paint and you'd never know.

The pipes are great and I would do it again!

Repipe Specialists recently did the repipe on our home and we could not be happier with the results. We reached out to more than 12 local plumbing companies and only 2 responded and were able to give us quotes. Neither of which included the wall cutting or patching and neither would do PEX in our house, saying that it wasn't to code even though we had confirmed with our village that it was. From the very beginning Repipe Specialists were responsive and thorough with the quoting process. Jason, our salesperson, arrived right on time and did a thorough job of quoting and explaining there processes. Once we chose them, we worked with their team who arrived exactly when they said they would, were very hard working, organized, and very conscious of keeping things clean. The piping was done in less than a day and performed flawlessly and when the patching crew returned after our village inspection, they did just as good a job as the piping crew.

This was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to repipe their home.

We were very wary of who we received quotes from or who we wanted to be in our home working. From the very beginning I knew that Repipe Specialists were different! They were extremely thorough, courteous, and sensitive to our needs and worries throughout the process. From beginning to end, even down to the wall patching and cleanup, we could not be more pleased with the work they did for us! The difference from our old galvanized pipes to our new, beautiful copper pipes is night and day. Repipe Specialists did a great job at my home. All appointments were arrived at on time, the workers were professional and friendly. The work was done in two days. I have wonderful water pressure, and the hot water is much faster arriving in the sinks. I am happy with the results, so glad I decided to have the work done.

Fast, efficient and clean. These guys did great work. They had to open one wall (wet wall) to get to the pipes but you would be hard pressed to tell they did any cutting. They used a hepa filter vacuum while they cut and there wasn't any dust. They are the cleanest trade I ever dealt with. They brought their own trash can and cleaned up every step of the way. They finished in 3 days including patching. I will have to lightly sand before priming the patch work, but that is it. While the pressure didn't increase (city water pressure comes in at 40psi) the increase in volume was substantial. Would whole heartily recommend.

The job got done in a week even though they said it would take two days. It did not start off well with a bad salesperson and ended up having to speak with the regional manager in California. The plumbing work was done well, but the wall repair was terrible. The walls were no where near their condition at the start. They also forgot a hole in the basement ceiling and we had to call them back. The boys bathroom was also poorly put back together (the only picture I have on this phone). Over all not a good experience, but the pipes are changed, and water pressure is better.

We had a great experience with the Repipe Specialists. We started with a leak and decided to repipe rather than just repair. They came out right away and prioritized our job because of the leak. They explained everything thoroughly and gave us an itemized bid. They finished in the the time allotted, arriving on time and working in a very clean and efficient fashion. We noticed immediate improvements and are very glad we had the work done.

Repipe Specialists of Illinois did a great job from start to finish. They were professional from the initial appointment when a quote was provided to the end of the job. They were true to their word and had the job completed in the timeline they said, even after some surprises along the way. Highly recommended.

We had Repipe Specialists at our 2 1/2 bath ranch home and they did everything as advertised. The work took one day and they were extremely neat and organized. The holes in the walls were exactly as described and when they completed all their work, our water pressure increased significantly.

Everything was explained as to the completed work....I did a walk through with the supervisor on site and he showed us what they did and how to shut down the hose bibs in the winter. The wall repair guys showed up the next day and did a fantastic job making the walls look perfect.

I had one of the toilets that was removed by the drywall guys that was rocking due to a broken bolt. We called Repipe the day after they left and a plumber was out 2 hours later to repair, reset and caulk the toilet.

I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone thinking of have this done on their home. It was a good experience.

Great service. Crew showed up early and were ready to start work promptly at 7. They got right work, walked thru with the crew chief and talked over their plans again while others started laying down drop cloths in the work areas and bringing in their tools.
They worked quickly and professionally. They double checked with us when they had questions and made sure they were taking care of any concerns we had. They managed to figure out some solutions for running the new pipe in our upstairs bathroom that didn't involve punching thru the tile wall which was great. Whole job was finished by 2 in the afternoon.
Next day the drywall guys showed up and patched everything minus the ceiling tiles in the basement (which I knew about ahead of time). Had to vacuum up a couple stray bits of solder afterwards, but they mostly did a great job of cleaning up.
Glad to have those rusting galvanized pipes gone and nice new copper in their place.

Not professional. I asked for reason why they do not service my area and they repeated, do not service this area, that is not professional and sounds like they are hiding something.

Need new water lines call Repipe Specialists there great professional people to do business with. They did a fantastic job on my home and repatched my walls after the new water lines were installed. You want experts on your home I highly recommend this company.

I wish I had done this sooner. The thought just sounded so intense we just keep patching leaks. From the initial quote to the actual process of repiping my home, this was the easiest thing I have ever done. Six men arrived on time. Each one introduced themselves to me with a handshake, and they went to work. 5 1/2 hours later they were done, cleaned up, and gone. Two days later a new crew showed up and repaired all the sheetrock. AMAZING.....

My Job, a multi-unit building was completed in a timely fashion, plumbing crew and patching crew were very professional and on-time for their work day. Overall, very satisfied with the work performed

dave came out and gave estament even tho he was late getting here he called and informed me that he would be late, when i had questions after he left i called he answered and followed up. the crew was early went right to work cleaned up every thing and departed in 5 hours water is working great would rehire and recommend

Make sure you read the fine print because when they go and tell you it’s a lifetime warranty there’s always a catch if I could give them no stars I would never do business with them again and I will not recommend this company

Got the whole house repiped. They did an outstanding job, couldn't be happier, best money we've ever spent.
