A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

All around just an honest plumber.

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

Tech was nice enough, but that was my only positive. First, upon booking, there was no confirmation of appointment electronically...all other places send immediate text or email notification. Second, tech had no idea of pricing and took a while to look things up in a book. Third, the price was ASTRONOMICAL given the small fix I needed. Fourth, after tech left, the shower knob was reattached so tightly that it couldn't even be moved in any direction. How could he not even check that when finished? WOEFULLY expensive overall...I could've given them a break here if the service was better, but won't rely on them again. I guess they are good in a pinch cuz they get folks out to you quickly, but the value ends there. Pretty disappointing.

Worst human being not to talk of plumber. Charged friend $225 to put putty on a leaking shower drain. Took him 5 mins. He went off on her when I challenged it. Started talking about you people and that we disrespected him. Offered to undo the putty. Paid him because he would have likely caused more damage. Stay away!

Reggie did an excellent job on my bathtub and he was extremely reasonably priced. Very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

These guys are awesome. I've had them come out to fix several different issues, but mostly it's been the aging copper failing and developing pinhole leaks.
It's not a fun situation to be in, but I've found this to be the best plumber to call when it happens. Highly recommended!

The company was scheduled to come to my property by my warranty company. They were fast to scheduled me for next day. I called them at night and left a voicemail asking them to call me an hour ahead before they show up in the morning because I work an hour away. They never called me in the morning to confirm. Because my appointment time was between 7 to 11, I called them twice and left a message. No one called me back. Around 9am I left my job to go over there by 10 and I waited and waited. At 11 I called them again and left a message but no one called me. I called again 30 minutes later and once again no one answers the phone and I left a message again. I even texted them but noone called back and they never showed up. I called the warranty company and cancelled and rescheduled with different company. I wasted total of 6 hours of my time and wasted money not working. They have zero responsibility and certainly not reliable.

They were recommended by our insurance company. They were nice when they came to the house to take a look at the issue. But then said they didn't have the right tools or a ladder to do the job that day -- even after I gave them all the information about the job beforehand. They said they would return the following day but they did not. And when I called the next day to because they had not shown up, their offices voice mail stated they were closed for the next 8 days (until Jan 8th). I do not understand why a grown adult would lie, knowing full and well that they would be closed the next day. Although, this is not about their quality of work, this is more about their quality of character. They are not honest nor sincere and I would not trust them as a business because if they are dishonest about that, they could be dishonest about anything. Tired of all these arrogant contractors.
