I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

We are remodeling our shower and had no idea what we needed to buy or even a design we wanted! We were referred to ProSource and met with Tom Camp. He was absolutely wonderful. He showed up so many different options, told us everything we needed to purchase for our project and explained in detail pricing and quantities needed. We will definitely use ProSource again when we are ready to do more upgrades to our home!

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. In the past 20 years, we have lived through three large remodel projects with three different contractors. McCurdy construction is by far the best. During the process of meeting with contractors for estimates, we were impressed with Tom Haberman's knowledge and really appreciated his ideas on what we could do. None of the other contractors discussed options that we never thought of or dreamed was possible. Once on board with McCurdy, we met with Tom and the design team at McCurdy's show room. Leyda and Kaitlyn were also very knowledgeable, had great ideas and made it a fun experience. Fortunately we didn't have to live in the house during construction but came by every day to see the progress. Rob and his crew were incredibly polite, respectful and flexible with us popping in. With the major work behind them, the attention to detail in finishing up small things, many of which we didn't even see, continued to leave us with a sense of complete and total satisfaction that we chose the right company. My older brother has worked in construction most of his life and he agreed that we had the best of the best on our project. Previous experiences with contractors left much to be desired with communication but there was never a lapse in updates on progress or work to be scheduled. My expectations were exceeded and we are extremely pleased with the results. Photos are from the same perspective before and after construction.

We had New Age do cabinets and counter tops for both our kitchen and master bathroom during a recent remodel. The service they provided was first class from start to finish. The installers were on time and very courteous. They put in a lot of effort to make everything perfect. Victor really knows his stuff and helped us a lot with layout and design. The support team in admin are great. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Great people, great work and great prices. Highly recommended !

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! We are so pleased and will recommend Jeremy The Handyman to anyone that we know may need one. A+++ work and professionalism. Thank you!

We hired Tony to remodel our three bathrooms and could not have been more pleased with the quality, professionalism, reliability, and commitment to customer service. Tony is very conscientious down to the smallest detail. While Tony’s expertise is primarily in tile work, he was able to connect me with a variety of highly reliable and reasonably priced services providers needed for my remodel project, to include electrician, plumber, painter, shower glass contractor, etc. Because he has a history of working with these other contractors Tony was able to efficiently integrate them into the project schedule. End result is I ended up with a high quality remodel of my bathrooms without having to pay for the services of a general contractor. Based on a bids I got from two G.C.’s I saved at least $10K by using Tony.

Polite people but hard to get them to get your job done , jose was a no show twice to complete what what was started, to seal and grout the granite is the right thing to do!!! They removed my granite kitchen countertops and replaced with new ones but didn’t seal them ! Told me a disabled senior citizen I have to go to Home Depot and buy the seal grout and do it myself ! After they charged my insurance company for the full amount ! They asked for more money to seal the countertops!! No I would not use this company again nor will I ever refer them to anyone !!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

Had a10am appointment to get a quote on remodeling my home. No show, no call, no thank you. If this is an indicator how he does work, I saved myself a lot of problems.

This company is awful and do not provide quality customer service.
