Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Ussher replaced my roof in July 2018. In December I had leaking from roof onto patio from AC unit. Two AC companies told me AC unit was not installed correctly on roof. Paid to have unit placed correctly. Contacted Ashley and sent detailed email on 2/14/2019. She responded that she would contact me the following day with solution for payment of unit replaced and two service calls ($1600). No return call as of 2/25/2019.

I spent 19 years at Weitz and saw the company do incredible things for employees, customers and partners. The Southwest business unit is doing great work for the city at Skytrain as well as for data center customers in the valley, municipalities and senior living customers. It’s a phenomenal group of people and culture.

I would never use this company someone, possibly the owner, was driving down the road and was trying to cut off an entire line of cars and was videotaping the other drivers as he did it thinking he was in the right. Most rude, arrogant, entitled acts i have seen. If someone from this company can do that on the road how are their business practices gong to be. No thank you not for me.
