Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza

I am so impressed with this company.. I had actually never needed a plumber before. But sadly I found myself in need this week.. My washer and toilet were backing up into my tub.. I called and was told that they would send somebody at 9 o'clock in the morning on Wednesday morning.. I am not kidding at 8:58 they were rolling up to my home and knocking on my door at 9:00 a.m... I appreciate the professional service and consideration of my time they took.. They proceeded to diligently work on the stop for about 30 minutes and I was all set.. I took a deep breath because I had no idea how much a plumber services costs. To my delight it was absolutely the most reasonable repair I've ever had done!!.. Honest, affordable and very service oriented. I had the pleasure of having Ray and another associate (forgot to ask his name) come to my home to unclog my main line. Both of them were very helpful in identifying the problem and making a solution. I really appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dan came to my rescue not once but, twice! The first time, a neighbor discovered water leaking up through my floors while I was away. We reached out to Dan and he quickly was able to detect the leak (a contractor put a nail through my water system) and have the issue remediated. The second time was after Hurricane Nicole. I had water coming up through the floors and thought for sure that I would need to replace my concrete tile roof. But again, Dan was able to quickly detect the source (a ruptured duct) so that I could make the appropriate (and less costly) fix. Dan is prompt, knowledgable, and professional. I would not hesitate to use him should the need ever arise again.

2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you... I called this company on the recommendation of two neighbors at my condo. Since I told them my issue was not urgent, I waited all day for them to show up for a ten a.m. appointment that had been set three days prior. They never called or showed. I have done three follow up calls to no avail as they never answer or respond. When I went back and asked a member of the board of directors at my building why she had suggested them, she told me that she thought the company had changed hands and was still using the Don's name. We had a condo meeting last night and I put the word out that Don's should no longer be on our recommended list.
