Denver Plumbing Pros

I'm reading these reviews and I am very surprised because I did not experience what other people say they did negatively. This is the second time the home Warranty company has sent Denver Plumbing Pros out to my home to fix some things and each time Ross was professional and got the job done. The second time, he had to come back multiple times because of a leak that would come back around 10-15 minutes after he left my house. He told me about possible things that could come up in the further as well. When I would call or send a text message to him or the company within 15 minutes I would either receive a call, text back, or a knock on my door so the problem could be fixed. I also received an email and a call to make sure I would be available for the appointment.

I'm sorry that other people had a bad experience with them but I didn't endure any of that. I would happily use this company again.

Between you and the warranty company all I did is waste $75. Ross came to my house, went in the crawl space for 5 minutes and came up with a picture of my pipe completely broken in half which it previously was not before he went down there. Now my claim is denied because of physical damage and I'm just out $75 with a broken pipe in my crawl space.

Where to start... This company was assigned to me from my home warrantee company.

The plumber that came out to check out the house was pleasant and told me that with approval from the home warrantee company he should be able to make the fixes within the day. End of the day Friday rolls around and we figured that we would hear back on Monday.

By the end of the day, I called Jan Hadermann (owner?) to see what was going on. My first call went to a full VM box, but he returned my call within a few minutes. While I was trying to explain the circumstances, he cut me off while accusing me of not giving them the approval from the warrantee company - the plumber said they would have to reach out for warrantee approval. I then asked him what I needed to do to proceed, and he told me to calm down, then immediately hung up on me.

I then called my warrantee company to figure out what was going on. Jan called me back while on the phone with them. I answered and said that I needed to hang up to discuss with the warrantee company. I guess he didn't like that, because he hung up on me again.

TL:DR If you want to deal with a grumpy old man hanging up on you for simply calling in for scheduling, this is the company for you.

Worst plumbers in town. Hired by home warranty and so unprofessional and rude. They couldn't fix the issue and it was OUR fault. Go with a name brand company who vets their techs and actually pays attention.

Absolute WORST business ever! So these people were supposed to come over between the hours of 11-3, i stayed home the entire time for this. Around 2 pm, nothing so I messaged the guy and about his ETA and his only response was late. At 4:20, my insurance company, who hired them, called the guy and asked about an ETA, he said he couldn't make it anymore and had to wait another 3 days. This business is an absolute JOKE. Do not by any means these people.

I hired Jan and Denver Plumbing Pro's to do the rough and finish Plumbing for 3 bathroom remodels. They have screwed up so far all the sink drains and water lines for the sinks in all 3 bathrooms. Did not rough in a hand held shower wand. And I'm extremely worried the tub drain and water lines will not be right. I've contacted Jan about this mistake and got several hang ups and now no return call. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this company. I would strongly urge everyone to not hire Jan and Denver Plumbing Pro's. For any Plumbing qork you might have or want to do.

Absolutely the worst plumbers around. They were hired by my contractor to plumb our new construction home and everything went wrong. We spent thousands trying to repair the poorly plumbed jacuzzi tub, that leaked buckets of water into our basement. Now spending more $$ to repair the poorly installed water heaters.

Not only is it unlicensed and uninsured company that colorado state doesn't know about but he used a master plumbing license illegally which to own and operate plumbing company requires master plumbing license. Had 10 employees that he did not pay tax on owed irs $2,210 which they did nothing to collect from this danish Jan or john or Yahn Hadermannrr or hadermanr whatever name he is using now never had plumbing license or even apprenticeship even. Doesn't make a pimple on a real plumbers butt

I called Mr.John for an estimation..He took a look at the home for the plumbing work and never gave an estimation. I followed up twice n everytime i called he says he will send it end of day. Not professional at work.
I wudn’t call this team for any work again.

I have used Denver Plumbing Pros several times for various plumbing work over the years and they continue to do good work at reasonable cost.

Using other Plumbers licenses for permits. Reporting to DORA.

Great job installing dishwasher - Timely, efficient, friendly, and very competent.
