I had a bad experience with another plumber and was referred to King Rooter & Plumbing by a friend. I called them up and was able to get an appointment the same day. I had some issues with my sump pump and the technician, Bill, was able to explain the problem to me. He was able to fix the problem and showed me how to prevent it from recurring. He was very friendly and I will definitely use them again.

I was a little disappointed at the fact that I asked for roto rooter to do the sewer line with a rescope. I didn't know until the day they arrived I couldn't get the video and that it had to be someone else. They were supposed to be there today between 1-2 and didn't show up and no call.The plumber today was great - fixed the shutoff valve behind the toilet, completed the job in a timely manner and was on his way.

Booked 1st appointment, had to wait 10 days for the 1st slot available. Was not told in advance that it was company policy that I had to confirm appointments the same day of when they were scheduled prior to them sending a tech. No tech was sent because I was not answering my phone (I work from home), waiting for the electrician to show at my home. Subsequently gave them another chance, booked another appointment a few days later. Was called the same day of my appointment to be informed that a tech was not available as scheduled. Receptionist did offer $50 credit towards repair for my inconvenience. Because this started out on a wrong foot, they had a chance to make good on their first impression, I am seeking another contractor that is easier to work with, professional, on time and seems at least more reliable.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.

The technicians Eric and Kevin were professional, polite, and worked quickly. They let us know about the preventative maintenance program to ensure our AC, furnace and water heater function as they should, with no pressure to sign up.
I would recommend Swan and their technicians. We plan to use them in the future.

I called Friendly Plumbing on a Friday they came the same day to give an estimate on installing a gas line for our new stove. Charles came out went over all the work to be done and said he could get started Monday. He was professional, on time (actually early!) and very helpful. I called after being ghosted by a plumber for over 2 weeks and no hot water in the house. Christopher's plumbing went over and beyond and got my new hot water heater installed only a few days after I called them. Their service was quick and phenomenal! I will use them again if I ever need another plumber. They are the ones I trust!

They care about actually diagnosing and fixing the problem!! Scott from Dam Good plumbing had to come out a few times to figure out what was wrong and get it completely fixed - but he did stick with it and actually fix the problem. (Oh, and he didn't charge us $300 every time he set foot on our property like High 5 plumbing did).

This company was contracted by Home Depot to install a toilet in my home. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and no call/no showed for not one, but two appointments. Would not do business with this company or Home Depot again after this experience.
