1. Forgot to turn on our water valve for 2 days leaving our tenant without water for 2 days.
2. Had our water pipes fixed and are still leaking. Expects to be paid for continued leaks.
3. No show during one of our appointments.
4. Expects to be paid for a poor job.
Do not use. Very unprofessional.

My parents bought this house in 1953 and San Jose Home Improvement Services has never been at this address. I currently live at this address and it confuses people that San Jose Home Improvement Services is listed at this address, please remove it as soon as possible from all sites where it is listed.
