I found Will on google because he had such great reviews and now I know why. He really is amazing and does even better work. Really friendly and super responsive. Great customer service. Quality all the way around. I live out of town and he will be my handyman for all my rentals. Feel so grateful I found someone I can trust. He can do absolutely anything I need around the house. He's really just a nice guy. Highly recommend!

We had a gas leak under our house and Dave was able to find the problem and fix it fast!! Great person to do business with I would definitely use him again.

AT Weber was subcontracted by my general contractor to install an external flue to vent my water heater and radiant heat boiler (basically just a big pipe that goes up about 30 feet).
They sent me an invoice for $2.3K for this service with no detail. After having to reach out to management to get a breakdown of the invoice, I was told that parts were $450 (seemed reasonable to me) and labor was 9 man hours (to install an external flue!) at a rate of ($200/hour!!).
Avoid these guys like the plague.

Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.

Michael was professional, trustworthy and reliable. He promptly responded to assess the problem and provided a quote in writing. He then beat the lowest quote I had found. Did the job in one day. Left work area clean and had no issues.

Amazing FBO

I would not recommend this company if you have an electric water heater! Rheem said they could help replace my defective water heater. Not True! They do not work with electric water heaters, only gas units. Beware!

Used my AHS insurance and they used hero’s plumbing. Jack came out to check the leak. He was friendly and answered all our questions. They don’t work on the issue we had but he communicated with AHS the next day because we have someone else coming out.
