Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went. I was very impressed with the plumbing work for the kitchen sink! He installed a garbage disposal, fixed a leak, cleaned out the mess and left everything better than what I expected. He installed a new filter under the sink and water line to the fridge. He was very thorough and didn’t cut corners. Very affordable and not pricey!
