We called Daniel in a pinch and he was a lifesaver! Our 4-year-old Coleman furnace stopped working one morning and we had a tech from another (highly rated and well reputed) company come out to see it ASAP. They told us it hadn't been installed properly, that the unit was flooded with water, and that we'd need to replace the entire furnace... a $4800 bill. We then called Daniel to get a second opinion from someone who has experience with Coleman furnaces. He was able to come right away, and in under 20 minutes was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that the furnace was installed improperly, and then proceeded to fix the issues by reinstalling the existing piping. Our furnace is now back to excellent working condition and we didn't need to replace it or get any new parts. We were thrilled! Daniel is a pro, super friendly, and a true professional. We will call him again for any of our plumbing or HVAC needs!

Yuniell and his crew were very respectful. They had to do a total repipe of my house. Since my house contained a water closet and the piping used was polythene which is no longer used. One of the valves cracked which caused the leak. Others in the closet were starting to crack and they are no longer manufactured. So my only choice was to do complete repipe. The crew worked very diligently and completed in two days. BF was able to schedule me within a day. I appreciate all of there hard work.

As far as Rick Roberts job the customer had a broke down sewer at City connection spent quite awhile trying to fix for him got my cable hung up in his defective line had to charge for my time we do not work for free Rick called when he had line replaced to come get our cable I think we handled situation correctly secondly as far as not responding to Ruby talkington had did several calls for her over the years constantly having to deal with her complaining about charges and thinking she needed to be billed so I decided that we were done doing work for her there are way more satisfied customers with Miller's drain in Wichita than these to complainers my phone will always ring and u can't make everyone happy we will continue to take care of our customers new and returning thank u
