Very happy with the service l received. My main sewer line clogged and l found Mr. Rooter Plumbing on the intranet. It was late at night so l emailed them. A plumber was here early the next day. Keenon was very proffessional and fixed my issue. I was so happy with the service he provided I also had him come back the next day and fix a couple of other issues l had. Will definitely use them again if l need a plumber.

I had a problem with my air conditioning ducts. Mark M & John A came out, fixed the problem. They were very courteous and professional. I greatly appreciate their services and friendliness.

To preface, the HVAC is installed and works. Everything else was a disaster. The team was unprofessional and made it uncomfortable to be in our own house as they were yelling at everything the whole time, throwing around profanity as well as tools out of frustration. Multiple team members could be heard saying that they were unaware how to install the unit. Granted they also mentioned the pre-site manager failed to provide the proper information and fittings. Rather than taking one day, the install took two days due to needing to fabricate new fittings. They had to change the plan on where to remove everything, but did not prepare the work area at all. They didn't cover the area they were working in at all and left the house covered in insulation, dust, screws, and metal slivers. They broke plant pots and tried to hide it by brushing it under a bush. They left the front yard a mess with screws, nails, and insulation laying around in the drive way, which we are still finding screws. They turned off the wrong breaker switch and never turned it back on. Come to find out, the switch that was shut off was an outdoor freezer. Everything in it was ruined.***UPDATE: I just want to say thank you to Allbritten and following up on all of this for us. They did well on making amends to fixing the issues that were created. They took the time to come out as much as necessary to make sure the work was completed correct and cleaned up. Thank you for the hard work!***

I called Tod hoping to get some resolution for my faulty water heater. He was quick to answer all my questions and listen to all my concerns. After talking for a bit he was able to come to my house and put a new water heater in along with some other side work. The cost was surprisingly minimal and he was quick to get the job done right. He was available to answers my call after the job was done to answer some questions and also sent a video of the installation.
I would definitely recommend Tod to anyone. Thanks Tod... ill be calling you back if any other issues arise ..

Adam helped me finally fix a long ongoing returning problem with the drain from my second story apartment on a 1940’s building. It has now been a few months and it keeps on draining fine. I can finally take a shower without standing in a pool of my own dirty water. I had had several plumbers coming in with intervals of 3 or so months. Adam was one of those that tried to solve the problem and he was working furiously on it for a day. He finally solved it, letting me know next time it would require more intensive measures to finally solve the problem, even pipe repair. So l asked for him when the problem eventually returned and he finally fixed it, for good, no pipe exchange needed. I don’t know about you, but l appreciate a job well done, so thank you.

Goode plumbing replaced my septic tank. They do good work. They did the job expeditiously, and were reasonably priced. They’re Goode people.😊
