Apc Plumbing

APC was dispatched by my home warranty company. The plumber showed up unannounced then left without completing any work. The plumber didn't undo the refrigerator foot and drug the fridge out of the opening by the metal footing and gouged my Travertine tiles. The response from APC after months of chasing them was we aren't going to fix it and we aren't wasting any more time on this issue, get an attorney no way to do business.

Zero stars to this company. Very rude woman didnt want to hear any of my concerns. She argued with me over the phone and literally hung up on me when i tried to explain the situation as if she was more informed about my experience than myself. Run fast and run far from this company and this person. I would recommend them to NOBODY!!!

Athena’s has been the worst company we have ever used. Screwed us at our last house and now at our new house. You are the reason we switched home warranty companies and I didn’t realize APC was Athena’s until I saw the invoice. Very very disappointed at ORHP for contracting with this company

My home warranty company sent them out to diagnose and repair my gas water heater. The lead tech Chris was professional and determined I needed a new water heater as mine was old and leaking.

My tech Anthony did an excellent job installing and explaining everything to me. He actually found a problem with my vent on my roof I was unaware of and he fixed that for free. He went above and beyond what you might expect.

This company uses unethical practices. Water heater went out and I called my home warranty. They came out and looked at it then contacted the warranty company. I get a call from the warranty company the next day (been without hot water for three days but then) saying that there were items that needed to be brought up to code and I was responsible for the costs. I was stuck by them as the warranty company wouldn’t do the work unless I paid for the bogus work to bring to code. One item was install T&P valve, but that comes Factory installed and they didn’t even connect it to the old drain; upgrade water lines, which they never touched, and were not out of compliance at all. The only thing I could be charged legitimately for was the valves they installed. We will see what the ROC has to say about it.

Company was prompt and great quality. Anthony did a great job installing the new heater. Great job through out.

This company showed up and stated that my Water Softner needed to be replaced with no other information provided. The technician did not spend no more than 2 minutes looking at the water softener as he stated he did not want to touch it. The technician told my home warranty company that my water softener is “pre existing “ which it clearly was not! The technician also explained my water pressure regulator will not be covered under my home warranty and explained to me that it will be over $1000 to be replaced. I hired another contractor and they replaced that for $300 since my home warranty did not cover it. Lastly, there was no communication with APC after the technician mentioned that he would be in contact with me. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received! Very disappointing and a waste of a call fee. I only wish there was a NO STAR option.

0 stars This company is the biggest rip off ever. They installed a new water heater and the thermostat valve went out after a couple of months. We called for warranty and their response was, after charging a $75 fee, that the part was 3 months out and that they had to install a new water heater for $500. Biggest scam ever as I called the manufacture and got the part within 2-4 days for free and it took me 30 minutes to install because I had to wait for it to drain. What ever you do, do not call these people even if your home warrantee had them do the work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst company we have dealt with. They were referred to is by our home warranty company for a repair to the valves in our master bathroom. During the repair, they damaged both valves and stated they could not do any further repairs until they had approval from the warranty company or we pay out of pocket. As we had a marble slab that they would not go through, we called another company to remove the marble so we could continue with the repairs. In doing so, we found that the assessment from APC was incorrect. Instead of going through them, we had another company come out to complete the repairs. The damage was caused by them drilling and using a hammer to try and remove the bathtub valve. This broke the valve further causing us to remove the marble which should have been unnecessary. We also had our water shut off for over two weeks while trying to finish the repair. When we finally had the tub fixed and was able to turn the water on, water started pouring out of the shower valve that they said was done. We had to have someone come in and repair this damage from APC as well. When trying to speak to them about what happened, they have been rude, refuse to listen, and state it is our fault and they are not willing to do anything. Do not use this company!

My homewarranty sent them out to fix a leak in the wall behind our sink. After remediation happened I had to call several times to get them to come out to resolve leak. This over a 3 week period. They tried to charge my homewarranty to fix drain pipe and then charge me $989.00 for modifications to the pipe in fixing it since home warranty doesn't cover modifications in repairs. This was pvc piping and a straight drain pipe with a T connection. What a rip off! If you don't have time or want to do the job don't rip people off. In the end we moved to a more reputable company who charged our home warranty $300 for the whole job therefore fully covered no out of pocket. New plumber was as shocked as we were that this company would charge that much for this small job.

This company are thieves. They stole $75 from me by manipulating my home warranty coverage. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

NO CALL...NO SHOW...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

the use of this service was not by choice as I have American Home Shield, which is another terrible company, however, these guys took 2 weeks to fix my water heater, blaming it on everything under the sun...truth was they are in the east valley and didn't want to drive to the west valley. They kept promising to come out and always called with another excuse. worst company every.

John came out and installed a new water heater, he did a very clean and nice job.
