James @ West Plumbing responded quickly and came out first thing in the morning. Leak was in the attic so... No easy task but he got us back living in 90 mins....even fixed a balky faucet outside for me.... Will use James again if necessary... No doubt....

Had them come and clear a drain and install a toilet. Both jobs were much more difficult than expected but they kept to their quote. And they did a very good job. I now have a go-to-plumber.

The work was done in a professional manner however their prices are extremely higher compared to other plumbers in the valley. I was charged $200 for a clogged drain. When I inquired about a water heater install they quoted the highest price. I had already purchased the water heater and they said they could install for $850. I had it done from another company for $300.

GREAT SERVICE! Got multiple quotes for our project, very competitive pricing. They were on time and professional about the work. The project was completed in a timely manner. The tech also cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call them for our next project!
These guys are awesome! Fast service and great price. They did a great job and saved me tons of money compared to other bids on a slab leak repair. Very creative approach to prevent having to rip up my travertine and concrete. Made is super easy for me to repair small dry wall patch after and that was all. Like the leak never happened. James and team are my go-to guys for all my plumbing needs going forward

James was FANTASTIC !!!! He arrived on time, and worked HARD all day long in the summer heat to re-route our main water line to the house after ours had burst. He and his co-worker were SO professional and courteous !!!! We also had them replace two hose bibs that had been leaking for years. Awesome work !!!! Thanks James !!!
They don't provide services for working people just for retired and out of work. With 4 hours window for appointment, they are ridiculous. Doesn't look like they need any work nor do they want to work . Overall , very unpleasant encounter, never will call again . Stay away from them if you can .
James is very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try to sell me something I did not need, just offered his honest opinion. Thanks for the help James!

Called around noon and they were at my house that afternoon. I think the price is a little higher than some handyman/unlicensed guys but I was willing to pay a little more and have it done right this time. James didn't upsell me on unneeded work and they didn't mess up my brand new tiles. I have peace of mind that my bath fixtures are not leaking behind the wall. I learned the hard way that if you get someone cheap who claims they know what they're doing, you will end up having the work done over by a licensed professional. Save yourself the $$ and aggravation and call James who happens to be a master plumber.

James and his company west Plumbing are a top notch company. He is professional, arrived early, clearly explained everything, kept his work area clean through this work, made everything look and work like new and did it in a timely manner. West Plumbing provided a 2 year warranty on their work. Could not ask for a better company to do business with! Hands down, would recommend this company to anyone!
Wow, blown away by the service from these guys. I received estimates from a few contractors for my project and James was the only one who actually listened and worked within my budget. They came in quickly and got straight to work and the work exceeded all my expectations.
West Plumbing is now my regular, go to plumber.

This is my second time in 5 years. First time I had a large double sink undermount installed. Excellent job!
Today I had a leak repaired. I left email on Sunday Eve and at , 11 am today (Monday) a very polite llicensed employee Drew came and fixed leak. I think West Plumbing LLC, owner and employees, does good work in a timely, reasonably priced, manner. I recommend.
I called for quotes from four other companies, but West Plumbing stood out because of its polite, prompt response and competitive pricing. Service was professional, timely, and excellent overall. I had West Plumbing replace an old shower valve. I'll certainly use them again when needed in the future.

Called for clogged toilet Fri afternoon, tech {Drew ?} arrived next morning. He was very cordial and courteous. No pressure sales pitches. Cleared problem in 20 minutes. We will definately use again

Do not use West Plumbing. Simple leak that would require replacement of inexpensive connectors. James tried to sell me a new RO water filter system for an outrageous price. Also needed a $5 connector to hook refrigerator ice maker up and he wanted $225 for that.
Sent him in his way and $15 later all problems resolved.
Highly discourage using this rip off company.

Very expensive. Quoted 1 of 2 prices and of course west settled on the more expensive price. Other plumbing companies advised that we were over-charged.

Great Experience! They came out within the expected timeframe and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Our dog chewed off backyard hose spicket. He chewed pipe so close to house that it was too difficult for husband to fix. West Plumbing came out fast, and was able to fix it like new. Seriously, doesn't even look like anything happened! Even clean up was impeccable! I don't ever write reviews, but loved these two guys and their old school manners. I will always HIGHLY recommend them from here on out!

West Plumbing wanted to charge $575 to install a kitchen faucet. When I declined, they demanded I pay $85 for the estimate. The next day, I hired Gold Star Plumbing for the SAME project -- only $250.

Called to say running ahead of time and ask if he could come early. Showed up 10 minutes later and was gone about 15 minutes after that. Very friendly and cleaned up. This is the 2nd time I used this company and I will continue to call them for all of my future plumbing needs

Professional and friendly. The leak that I originally had them out for still isn't fixed. I had to just turn off the water to the bathroom faucet. Didn't want them out for the third time. I even showed where the leak was coming from. Instead of fixing it, i was told that it was the plug to the sink. Spent 1500 for new faucets installed and plumbing. The leak STILL isn't fixed.

I don't know it it's because I am female, but they wanted to charge me 950 dollars to move my water lines and drain over 6. The wall and pipes were exposed and there was no obstructions. I had other quotes from 300 hundred to 600 hundred. They said they charged that because of licence and bonded with a warranty. Well so did the other companies. Get quotes and shop around before using these guys.

Great service, my wife called me to tell me the hot water heater had stopped working at 4pm, by 6:40pm the the same day James had come to the house and replaced the water heater, this is the kind of young entrepreneur we all need to support locally. Top notch service!
