We had Kaylor come out to instal a new water softener and RO system in our house. Not only was he extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable about the water softener and RO system he made sure to ensure us that the product he was installing was done to the best it could possibly be. We also asked him a question about the sink in our master bedroom, and he took it upon himself to look at it and actually fix what was wrong with no extra charge! We find out that a huge area in our carpet is soaking wet and coming from the wall. We had no idea how long this has been happening and of course freak out. I called a few plumbing companies who said they can come out later that night. That was not quick enough as we had no idea what was causing this leak. I then called cactus to see their availability and they sent a team out within 30 minutes of my phone call. When they arrived they got right to work. They also called up a restoration company for me to immediately start drying everything. Very quickly they were able to find out that our electrician had drilled a hole through a pipe inside the wall causing water to spill out into the wall whenever that faucet was in use. They were able to fix it right away. They were also able to give me a fast quote for a bathroom remodel while here as well. Great job to the cactus team. I will be using them for all plumbing needs moving forward.

Excellent service! At reasonable pricing. Robbie carefully explained the work to be done ahead of time and proceeded to complete the task meticulously.

This was a big expensive job but the price was reasonable and competitive. We had a 150ft septic line ran, toilet and sink installed. Robbie and crew was out there digging in 113 degree weather.
They were professional and did a great job. I called 3 contractors and they provided the best customer service from the start. Customer service goes a long ways and it’s important to me as I’m a small business owner as well.

I do not know how this company has such good reviews. First off they never show up on time, the first time we called them the tech didn’t show up until midnight and was here till 3am. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had a new tub and shower installed after a bad leak and they did the worst job. They didn’t check their work and of course there was another leak. Now after a few months the new shower and tub looks absolutely awful because of the poor work they did. We called them out to fix it, but getting them to show up on time is absolutely impossible. They make you wait around all day and don’t answer their phone.

Kaylor (the owner) was prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. I am very satisfied with his craftsmanship and will utilize his company's services going forward.

Our garage flooded after our hot water heater went out. The owner came out right away and explained all of our options and stopped the flooding. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past who charged insane amounts of money by the hour and found a way to extend the time it took. I knew from the beginning that this wasn’t the case with Cactus Valley Plumbing. Ronnie installed our tankless water heater was very knowledgeable, friendly and left everything very clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

We had a leak somewhere under our sink late last Friday and Kaylor and his team were at our house within 30 minutes of us calling! They found the leak right away and then were very responsive and easy to work with while in the process of fixing it. I’m pretty sure all of these positive reviews about Cactus Valley plumbing are fake.. I hired Cactus Valley to install a tub and a few other things and it was a disaster. When they installed the bath tub the overflow drain was not assembled.  When the water was filled to the top of the tub it drained straight into the wall.  The worst part is the plumber knew it wasn’t assembled properly because he couldn’t get the overflow face plate to go on because the drain wasn’t aligned over the tub hole so he used WOOD SCREWS to screw the trim straight through the pipe!! (Pictures attached). We didn’t discover this until after we had tiled the entire bathroom, so in order to fix the issue with the drain we had to cut a hole in the exterior wall on the outside of the house so my new plumber could cut out the pipe and put a new drain in.  I spoke with Kaylor the owner of Cactus plumbing and I’ve never experienced an owner so indifferent to his customers and their experiences with his company. He offered no reconciliation, basically just said he would not pay for the damages or offer a refund. I asked about the giant hole in my siding and stucco and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up. Not sure if this is a dying business or the company is having financial struggles but avoid this company at all cost. I’ve never had a service company be so negligent and then make no effort to resolve the damages they caused. My wife and I are paying a lot of money out of pocket to fix the problems caused by Cactus Valley Plumbing.

Amazing Service and Professionalism. Spoke with Kaylor at Kitchen and Bath Plumbing today and within an hour had a member of his company (Rob) at my home to diagnose the issue. Rob was very thorough and took the time to not only educate me on the issue but make additional recommendations for next steps. Would definitely recommended using Kitchen and Bath Plumbing LLC for all plumbing needs. Their commitment to service is fantastic which is a rare commodity today in the service business.

On Saturday, the day after Christmas, I walked into my laundry room to find WATER all over the floor. I called multiple plumbing companies and left messages. Finally, after 6 calls I was able to speak to Rachel at Cactus Valley. I was distraught and Rachel was so patient with me. She dispatched Ronnie to my home...he was at my house within an hour. Ronnie was professional and thorough. My leak was fixed. I was extremely satisfied with this company.

In this time and age is extremely hard to find good reliable people who will show up when they said they would. Chris and Jacob showed up when they said they would show up, they did an excellent job, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the issue at hand was taken care of. Last week when our master tub drain wasn’t draining we called Cactus Valley. Kaylor and his crew were here within the hour and got everything taken care of. They were easy to work with and explained every step they were taking. I will for sure call them in the future.

My hot water tank started leaking on 6/19. I called Kaylor at Kitchen and Bath Plumbing on 6/20 at 8am and he had a great service tech, Robbie, at my house by 9:30am and finished with the replacement by 11:30 am. The service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Great job!

We had a sewer smell in one area of our house. We called early morning and they sent someone that afternoon. Chad was very pleasant, professional and honest. He did several inspections and did not find any problems. He could have done some other work which would have cost us over $200 but he said it was not necessary. He told us that our water leak (we are currently waiting for repair work to be done in the area where our smell is) was most likely the cause. Ronnie was awesome, had 2 hose bibs replaced and he was on time, honest, and did a great job!

We used these guys as a 2nd opinion after another plumber wanted to drill holes in our wall to fix our clogged toilet. The plumber Shane was very friendly and responsive, and was able to unclog our sewer system with no holes and let us know that we had a mild root intrusion (Our sewage system acts up ever 6-8 months) and that is likely why. Great Service!

A few days ago Robbie came by and had to jack-hammer my stucco and foundation to get to a years old rupture in the drain pipe under the home I just bought. He worked until well after dark to make sure the job was done right. Today he stopped by again to explain his process of repair and how the drain under the house was configured and damaged. I had questions for him on another matter, and he spent 40 minutes explaining how he could re-pope a potential remodel idea I had!

While I tried to install our second bidet, I found the toilet water shutoff would not shut completely off. Cactus Valley Plumbing was able to send Robert out right away and he replaced the shutoff and completed the Bidet installation. He was a joy to have work on it. I too am giving Cactus Valley Plumbing a 5 star rating. I saw their company van at my neighbor's business/home and knew that owner was a knowledgeable business and home owner. I spoke with Kaylor at Cactus Valley Plumbing. He met me out at a rental property. The water turn off valve to the house broke off. At the same time I had two hose bibs replaced with brass pipes and fittings. Kaylor did a beautiful and professional job. Kaylor also removed the hoses from the firmly attached and corroded faucets. His price was reasonable. Kaylor has a great work ethic and worked around the schedule due to an unexpected bee issue at the water meter. Kaylor is young, bright and ambitious. I will be using him for the plumbing in my kitchen reno. and all my other plumbing needs.

My home had a massive leak in my main bathroom in which my tub had to be removed and replaced. Robert installed the tub & a toilet and was very professional with his work. After the tub was installed, since my home is old. My shower valve had to be replaced, Don came and replaced the valve and added new pipes to it. Once that was completed, I noticed that the drain to the new installation of the tub was leaking. I called Cactus plumbing again and Kyler (the owner) showed up to my home within 30 min. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the leak since he needed more materials to fix it. Monday came and I got a call early in the morning to schedule a time that same morning. Robert came back and got right to work. He completed the repair within a couple of hours.

The leak at my home caused thousands of dollars and it has been a night mare for me and my family, however Cactus Valley Plumbing have been great, they go above and beyond. I am very happy with their services, I will use them again and I will recommend them in the future.

Robbie installed a water softener, RO system and pressure valve for us and was extremely professional, experienced, knowledgeable and hard working. He was able to problem solve quickly when an issue came up and made sure that everything was left in better shape than it was before. I'd recommend Kitchen & Bath Plumbing to all of my friends & family. We called to get an estimate on a soft water system; they were by far the best price we received. Kaylor came out the next day for install. He was very professional & answered all of our questions. We liked him so much we requested he come back out to install our new kitchen faucet & RO system, two bathroom faucets, a new toilet & new shower trim. Kaylor did a great job jackhammering out a new drain for our kitchen remodel. He showed up on time, and even stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly after running into some unforeseen issues. I stopped asking for quotes because I new they were the best priced and would do the best job. Definitely went above and beyond. Installed new water lines and a new laundry box as well.

Fantastic service! Melissa scheduled me in the same day. Don came out and moved a toilet and plumbing for me. He was clean and left my place spotless. Rob of Kitchen and Bath plumbing in Mesa was extremely pleasant to work with. He had our new sink, faucet, disposal and new drainage installed and ready within four hours. The workmanship was top notch and installation was priced very competitively.

Yesterday evening Don & Andrew came to our home to fix our “tub stopper” that had not been working for years. The stopper was in such poor shape that they needed to get a special tool and would return in the morning to remove it. Arriving On time like always-Don & Andrew removed it in minutes and had the new stopper installed in minutes! We no longer have to use a sink stopper to wash out baby! A terrible experience with this company! The whole process felt like a scam... and it was just that. High pressure, promises were not kept and over all terrible service. There was more damage done than actual work, stay clear of these scam artists posing as plumbers!

We've had nothing but problems with the new water heater they installed. We've been trying to contact them for weeks and they never answer and don't have a voicemail box so you can't leave any messages. We've also tried emailing them, but nothing. We're really disappointed.

Installed a bathtub and sink plumbing for us. Every plumber that came to our house for our bathroom remodel was very professional. When the bathtub had a leak, they dropped everything and came to fix it. Greg triple checked and made sure everything was repaired and good to go.

Robbie is amazing! Watched him finish the installaton of three faucets, explained what he was going to do before he started, and then did it! Very careful with the vanities in the bathrooms, and the kitchen sink. Cleaned up when he was done, checked his work several times before he left. Also assured my friend if she had any issues he would be happy to come out and fix the problems. Very polite, and seemed sincerely interested the customer was happy with the work he had done.

Our AC was not draining properly and it was leaking. Two companies had previously come and said there were no issues, but the leak kept getting worse. Joey from CV, unclogged the drain and fixed the problem. He was very professional and got the job done right.

So when I saw water dripping from the light fixture in the garage, I knew something was wrong! My neighbor recommended Cactus Valley Plumbing and I agree that they are a high level and professional Plumbing provider!

We called Cactus Valley Plumbing with a late evening water heater emergency and Ronnie showed up at our house in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy.
