Gabby's House Cleaning really came through when no other company would. I moved into a new place on October 1st and I went with a different company and they cancelled last minute. I called Gabby's House Cleaning and they were able to send 2 great cleaners. They did such a good job I will most likely use them on a regular basis. Thank you Gabby's House Cleaning!

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday by Peter. He was the kindest, most thorough, attentive person we’ve had in our house. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. He noticed a couple of really bad areas and he went over them multiple times to ensure that the stains were coming out. What a good dude. I highly recommend Arizona steamers and will absolutely Use them again

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.

Used to work for them for less than a month I was hired on started working Humana health care and then they told me that they forgot to drug test me I went in for a drug test and then they gave me three drug test that all popped up positive for methamphetamines even though it was just the cleaners and solutions that I used to clean the desk as well as mop the floors wasn't given a good chance to go and take another drug test was fired on the spot

Awesome experience with these guys, they have always been on time and performed better than expected, will use these gentlemen for my hood cleaning for as long as I am in business! They are fast clean affordable and most of all on time !

They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.

We are delighted with the amazing work Executive cleaning does for us. Their prices are affordable and their crew is almost invisible when it comes to day portering for example
