Due to issues with Safelite I called Dave's Metro Glass. Spoke to Missy, explained my issue and she had my insurance info shortly. Called to say she received it. From 930 in the morning I had a new windshield by 1330. 30 mins to change. Install.is flawless.

Just use this shop. Same day service, quality work and fast.

I had an incident at my work place on a Saturday. Located on a busy street, a flying tire flew off a moving vehicle and a tire flew thru the office Windows. Jocoran was quick to respond. I would not recommend this place I got my back window installed and the guy put to much of the seal and got it all over my. Truck and I had to call them again because not even 30 went by when my window was pop out unbelievable

I found company on Thumbtack and reached out for a bid. Spoke to Cruz about repair of a water damaged door frame and he provided a bid to complete the repairs. He was one of two bid I received. His bid was not the cheapest but I selected his bid because the details of the repairs was more detailed and appeared to be more complete. We schedule a date and time & he was a no show. I called and text multiple times no answer and no response. I had new flooring scheduled for install that had to be delayed/rescheduled because he did not show up.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I purchased windows from them, promised delivery 4-6 weeks, it's been 5 MONTHS !!
and still no delivery of windows. I have paid for half of the order and they refuse to refund.
I hear nothing but excuses.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
