My whole house was backed up and I called Rooter Ranger. They really saved the day. Oscar was out to my house within 30 mins and had the solution to my big smelly problem within an hour! They have top quality customer service and fixed my problem faster then expected. If you want an honest and fair plumber call Rooter Ranger!

Came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Patiently explained what was needed and even found problems we weren't aware of and fixed them. $578 for less than 1.5hrs of work replacing 3 undersink valves, a laundry valve, and a bathtub mixet. The work done was acceptable, no complaint there. But the price???

I had a Water Heater go out early this morning....What a mess !!!...Paul and Dan came to the rescue..I got his name from a Friend.....What a great Find !!!!...Paul and Dan were outstanding...Great guys !!!! Very fair on the Cost to replace the Water Heater and the Service was top notch....They were at my house in about 3 hours with the New Water Heater, lines , valves etc...I would definitely recommend them as my friend did....Thanks Again Paul and Dan....

They were dispatched for a issue through my home warranty. First guy out made one assessment after about 5 minutes there, and gave me one answer (replacement of the appliance), but when I called later in the week to find out the status , receptionist told me paperwork indicated “he said he fixed it”

Then they wanted to make a second visit with a supervisor in another week, which I said was unacceptable and I wanted to know what happened with the first guys diagnosis . Some lady got on the phone and was very rude basically just wanted to get me off the phone wouldn’t tell me what had occurred.

On the second visit, they basically had no answer for one of the issues, and the other issue they had to call the appliance manufacturer.

As a result I’ve had to have another company come out to the home warranty to correct the issue. Complete waste of time

I think they are out of business. No answer when calling...

unfortunately, our service was very poor. We were referred via our home warranty program. Came out and fixed the problem, but wasnt the actual solution. Then showed up at a different time for follow up and lied saying that he got the ok to come at a different time.
