They very pleasant and straightforward they handled my initial phone call left me with not only all the information I needed but confidence the problems would be handled with no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. They listed many possible scenarios as possible with a price attached to each one. They made sure I new exactly when he would arrive and he did arrive then. Great company and the employees care about the people they are helping. The plumber (damir) that showed up to my apartment went above and beyond for me and my family when my slumlord apartments were not helpful. The the care he showed for my family's problems was outstanding. I've never seen this in my 27 years of life. MJ was really responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us every step of the way what needed to be done, what had been done, and what would be done if measures weren’t corrected or installed. Great service by great trustworthy individuals!
