Found a major water leak under our manufactured home, called Courtesy Manufactured home plumbing. Spoke with Jerry and afterwards decided to have the 35 year old galvanized pipe replaced in the entire home. The job was completed in a neat and professional manner in one day. The price was very good and Jerry stands behind his work, he returned to replace on small fitting that was not seating. I recommend Courtesy to all manufacted home owners for price and quality. I have to convey this company is one of the must unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with and I will make it know through social media etc.

We have asked on numerous occasions to provide the report of the work that was performed by this company. They were already paid on the day of service and required to provide a detail report of the work performed, in order to get this they charged an additional $250.00!!!! on top of what was already paid, of course when we received it, it did not have the details and even had the wrong date of service!

They did not have authorization to speak or send any information to the homeowner’s insurance company, however they sent information to the them anyway. I am sure there will be repercussions, and we will explore these options.

We are exploring options to file a complaint against their license with the Arizona contractors board and we will be seeking legal advise with an attorney about unethical elderly financial exploitation!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Or it will cost you!!

Nick and Brad have resolved numerous plumbing issues and installed upgrades for me. Their level of professionalism is exceptional. As one commenter said below, I would not use this company for your pool plumbing. We have had so many issues and they won’t even respond. Finally we talked to someone at the Arizona Registrars of contractors and they told us to file a complaint as absolutely what this company is doing to us is not up to their standards for licensed contractors.

If your pool contractor uses this company, tell them to leave and find someone else. Unless you don’t mind poor quality work from someone you will never hear from again.....

To the commenters below who need this company to fix their issues but the company will not, file a complaint with AROC. It will take 3 weeks or so for them to review your complaint, but they will help you. Do not allow poor quality workers to take thousands of your dollars and continue on with their lives. You know if they have done this to us, there are others they are doing this to also. Report to AROC. Let them help you. Maybe this company shouldn’t be licensed?

I highly recommend ProForce Plumbing. I had a leaking backflow valve/vacuum breaker on the side of my house along with a few other plumbing issues. ProForce sent out Gabriel and he got it taken care of for me. Gabriel was professional and informative. Pricing was upfront and fair and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Best experience I have had with any plumbing company.

Guys came out and claimed my pipes were broken.. ran the camera and I paid $200 for then to basically tell me that the only way to fix the issues was replace the whole plumbing system that would cost me 20k.. never calling this company again or recommending then to anyone. I ended up getting a friend help me run the snake down the drain over and over again which fixed the problem.. sadly I paid rooter 200 for nothing.. I never received a recipient either but they still charged me on the 15th of May. I only bringing this up now because I finally fixed it with a friend thus weekend and he told me my pipes were never broken.
