Horrible horrible customer service! Run the other way!! 5 weeks no heat. I've been calling for 5 hours. No answer and no call back. It's now 5 PM on Friday and I will have another weekend with no heat. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

My wife and I live in a modified fifth wheel. Our black tank got blocked up, and I ran into the surprisingly difficult task of finding a plumber who was willing to even come out, most said no as soon as I described our home. No Worries Rooter was the only company willing to even come out, and when they did, while it wasn't inexpensive, it was timely and we received very good service.

We have used Darrell's Quality Plumbing for years. We have a painfully tight budget. He is honest, fair, and for women, elderly ladies, single, you know how much we worry about letting any male into our home, no need to worry here. You can feel safe with Darrell. He will explain to you so you completely understand. It's not mansplaining if his goal is to make you feel confident and informed of something which you know nothing about. And don't be afraid of asking questions you feel are stupid, no question is stupid in his eyes. It's about helping you make the best informed decision possible. Tell him up front if you need to save up for the job, if he can he will do his best to work something out. Courteous, kind, professional, understanding, My mother stresses about everything to do with our home, when she sees Darrell, she stops worrying because she knows he is someone she can trust. She's been swindled and taken advantage of several times before, so her ability to trust is nil. We can't thank Darrell enough for the years of excellent service and repairs. Thank you for all you've done, and for making two women trust again. You won't find someone better, no matter the price.

Found my bathtub faucet leaking (pretty badly) after work. Called Beach Plumbing after seeing such high reviews and checking out their website. Called and spoke with Mike immediately. He advised me to send him pictures of the leak and brand of faucet so he could better help. He called back promptly and said he would be out in two hours to get it fixed. He called back less than an hour later and was able to help right away. Within an hour he was able to fix the leak! Mike is such a nice man, extremely fair with his pricing, and tells you the truth! I would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing to anyone!

When I called to make the appointment, the woman I spoke to was extremely nice and very helpful. On the day of the appointment, Justin from Superstition Plumbing was efficient, helpful, very friendly and solved our plumbing problem easily. He listened to our description of the problem and when he found the problem, he showed us the part that broke and explained what he would do to fix it. The bill was reasonable and I would recommend Superstition Plumbing to anyone who needed a plumber.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to make certain that the repairs were done. This is the first time after using various plumbers that one of my toilets in the Master Bath was actually repaired. In the past, plumbers have been unable to repair this toilet for any length of time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. No past plumbers (there have been many) diagnose the running toilet properly. It was not the flapper or something else that was conjured up by previous technicians in which the repair would only last a day or so. However, this was not the case with Anytime Home Services. I am so fortunate that American Home Shield sent out Anytime. The previous company that was sent out did not diagnose the problem properly, and I refused to have them sent out the same company. Unfortunately, Anytime Home Services had to come out after the other company did not resolve my two problems--the garbage disposal and the toilet. Luckily, I have two toilets in my master bath. Thus, I was able to use the other toilet. I truly feel fortunate that Anytime was able to resolve a problem that has taken years to resolve! I truly recommend this company!

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic
