I can't say enough good things about TE Plumbing. Jason, Junior and the team always make sure that we are taken care of and that quality service is promptly delivered. We recently had water heaters replaced at our rental as well as our primary residence and the experience was enjoyable. Quotes are upfront, honest, and professional with no hard sales push, just honest recommendations and advice. When our family needs a job to be done right the first time, such as a valve replacement for our refrigerator water line, we always call TE. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a residential or commercial provider, whether a long-time resident, or a newcomer to the area, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Gregg also installed a flow water monitor and a new water softener. He is professional and thoroughly explains his work to the customer.

Todd and Mike come out to help with the clogged toilets at my mothers house. They were very nice, and professional. Explained everything and we’re able to get my hall bathroom working. I was so lucky to have them.

My first interaction with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was when I contacted them with a HVAC terminology question, as I tried to suss out whether or not my home warranty company was trying to pull a fast one on me. (They were.) Jessica was able to get my question over to Dan, who called me back very quickly and was more than happy to spend his time answering my questions even though I had explained to him that I would not be able to use his company since the home warranty company decided which contractor would perform the work.

A few days later, after battling with my home warranty company and the contractors they had sent out, I reached out to Hansen Family again to request that they come out and give me an estimate for the repair.

They were able to get me an appointment the same day, and I once again had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was out at my place within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He and I discussed my options and my budget, and Dan was able to offer a whole new system to me at an outstanding price. Even better, they were able to offer an appointment to install it the next day.

Dan and his team showed up on time the next day, and replaced my entire HVAC system. Everyone on the team was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and showed great care towards my home and the people and things in it. They took the time to explain next steps, and asked me to contact them when I switched from heating to cooling so they could re-check the system and refrigerant levels to ensure that I have a comfortable summer.

Later that evening, well after normal business hours, I noticed some unexpected behavior and I reached out to Dan directly who was happy to help me out and explain things to me.

Even though Hansen Family Plumbing and Air has completed their work, Dan is still working with me to make sure that the home warranty company gets everything they need from me so that I can be reimbursed for some of the work that was done.

The Trane system they installed has a great warranty, and I trust that Hansen Family Plumbing and Air stands behind their work. As part of the replacement, I also was enrolled in their membership program which includes one free annual plumbing inspection. I’ve already scheduled that, and I look forward to using Hansen Family again for some small plumbing jobs around the house.

If I had to do things all over again, I would absolutely choose Hansen Family. Their service is outstanding, and pricing is unbeatable. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work, materials, and the units they install.

I used my home warranty when we had a shower leak that was causing damage to our wall. Dallen and his team called me the next day to schedule and were extremely professional and even tried to do a little troubleshooting over the phone when setting up the appointment. When Dallen showed up he was very professional and even caught a second leak that was coming from our shower that I had not seen before. He fixed both leaks. In todays world it’s rare to find someone who pays attention to detail and fixes all the issues on the first appointment. Lastly, he even took a look at our water softener for me even though there wasn’t any issues with it I just wanted a second set of eyes on it to make sure it was operating properly. I will definitely be calling and referring friends and family for future plumbing needs!!

Jairo is absolutely amazing! We chose to use him instead of going through our home warranty and I'm so happy we did. He was able to come fix our shower same day. He was communicative, pleasant and informative! 10/10 would recommend!

Evolution plumbing was on time and did an exceptional job. The service technician was very professional and answered all my questions. Also, upon completion of the job everything was clean and orderly. I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

This company has horrible customer service and ethics. They insist on charging twice for not finishing the first job they are sent out to. While confronting them about this work ethic they simply argue saying it must be a separate event without even offering or trying to come back out to finish the leak detection they were originally paid for. IF they did it right the first time they wouldn't have to had come back out. The office personnel also are very rude they have no customer service skills. While trying to communicate this problem they would not listen. If American leak detection does not complete the first job that has been paid for then BBB complaint will be next.
