Great guy, great price, and great service. He was very informative and eager to answer my questions. I called several people and they were telling me there was a pre-service fee that would be deducted from the total cost (which forced anyone to ultimately use their service regardless if it was expensive or not). Right Now Plumbing didnt charge to come out and evaluate. He even assessed other concerns for free, gave tips on installing my RO system i was about to do, replaced a part of my RO system, and even pressure filled my RO water tank and no charge! Will be using him when my house is built to install my water softener or any complications I would have in the future. Hard to find honest good service workers like this guy.

Wow! Called a competitor at first and they couldn’t come out for 2 days. Can’t wait that long in this heat. We called Emergency Air Heating And Cooling and they were out at our house within 2 hours, replaced the part and we were up and running 10 minutes later. Thank you!

Such a great company! They were able to come out to fix my issue quickly, communicated both the day before my appointment to confirm as well as letting me know when he was on the way. He was very friendly and efficient, showed me the issue and got it taken care of right away plus the price was very affordable. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have any other issues.

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. I found American Plumbing through Yelp and am sure glad I did. Rich (owner) was easy to work with and delivered as promised.

Rich responded to my Yelp inquiry fast. Was able to text him pictures of the water softener which needed to be replaced and explain what I was looking for. Rich proposed a solution which met my needs at a reasonable price and we agreed to move forward.

Kevin, the technician assigned to my job, was on time and very professional. Kevin performed the service efficiently and hassle free. Rich came by towards the end of the installation to ensure everything had gone according to plan. Rich also inspected a few other plumbing concerns I had about other non-water softener items while on site.

Will definitely be giving American Plumbing the first look at any future plumbing needs I have.

Terrible service. I have multiple rentals that I manage, and I am a DYI guy myself when i have the time so I know a bit about working with contractors and what things should cost.

I needed a coolant line cut and moved a few feet down. This was an easy but urgent job, as my contractor found this while removing a bathtub during a remodel. At first, they quoted me over the phone $800-$1500 (price to drill hole not included). They then route me to a technician who never called me back. Instead he texts me and agrees to come take a look at the job on the following Monday. Then, I get a text on Saturday, (2 days before the technician was supposed to show up) saying he can't do it as he can't drill holes. I told him that I'd drill the hole, i just need the AC line cut and reattached. His response At this time I would not be able to. Just got a few jobs that will keep me busy.

What?! What kind of company is this? I would attach the screenshot of the conversation as you can read that he clearly did not care, but it keeps getting flagged by the upload system. In the end, I got another company to do it for 900. They were excellent and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that!

On 9/17/18 my kitchen drain was stopped up, I called a well known pluming company in for a $83.00 snake the drain.
To make a long story short, the $83.00 snake the drain, turned into $468.00 bill after they brought in a water jet, when that did not work they brought in a drain camera, and told me where the stoppage was.
The stoppage was 12’ from the cleanout, yet they told me they had 40’ of snake in the drain.
Before they left they gave me a $2,545.50 estimate to dig up the lines and find and fix the problem.
They left, problem still not solved!

The next morning I called the well known plumber company and asked to speak with some one in charge, and was told they would call back.
They never returned my call, needless to say I put a stop payment on the check.

I decided to get a second opinion on the stoppage, and called Plumber from Down Under (Anthony)
Anthony put the snake in the clean out, and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes, and charged $100.00

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

I have had the same service done recently by a different company in California for 450. Mvp quoted me 926. Parts for job cost under 300. The job install a pressure regulator on water line at residence. Job took last plumber 10 minutes. I understand overhead but that is way above anything I have ever spent on a pressure regulator. I paid the 89 service fee for technician to show up for 5 minutes. I will never use that company again. I have used them once in the past.

Don't give this guy your business! The owner of this Company ripped us off for $1300 saying he needed the money to get supplies and then never came back to finish the job. He kept in contact for a couple days saying he was on his way or would be there at a certain time and then flaked completely. The kicker was before he stopped responding to me, he told me his truck broke and he used my money which was for supplies to fix it. Real class act!
