I contacted TE Plumbing for help with a clogged drain. I found out I “share” some plumbing with the neighboring condo and we both had issues. Junior was amazing to work with! Super friendly and I trusted him in my home. He was able to clear my drain and I am so grateful! The simple things like being able to wash your hands each day without an issue is amazing - every day I am thankful!! I hope to not have to use them too soon - but I’ll definitely contact Junior at TE Plumbing again!

Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

From the start when the company responded for a quote I requested very prompt also answered question’s quickly and was able to give me a quote when I sent pictures of what needed to be done. Also it was nice to get text reminders of appointment and on the day, when a tech was on his way. Gavin arrived right at 8am and very nice and got to what needed to be done in a very fast and professional way. AZ Preferred Plumbing technician was very up front with the cost and how we would be notified that someone would be on their way. When technician showed up he had an idea of what the issue was and fixed our AC. He was professional, kind and transparent.

I broke off the handle of the water connection behind my fridge and Jaimie replaced it. This happened on a Saturday, he arrived shortly after my call and did the repair. He was very pleasant, professional and timely. Thank you again Jaimie!

This by far is the best, most efficient and caring plumbing company I have ever dealt with. We had a leak that shut my ac unit off. With no ac in this 100 plus degrees weather and it being after hours, I was in a complete panic. However one phone call resulted in Mark coming to my house within 45 minutes of my emergency call. Mark/Zippity plumbing will be the only plumber I call for now on!!!

This company has horrible customer service and ethics. They insist on charging twice for not finishing the first job they are sent out to. While confronting them about this work ethic they simply argue saying it must be a separate event without even offering or trying to come back out to finish the leak detection they were originally paid for. IF they did it right the first time they wouldn't have to had come back out. The office personnel also are very rude they have no customer service skills. While trying to communicate this problem they would not listen. If American leak detection does not complete the first job that has been paid for then BBB complaint will be next.
