Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

Giving 5 stars cuz I heard they do incredible work.

We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

Leo was my service technician, and not only did he repair my leak he also assisted me by interpreting my groundskeeper's concerns with some irrigation issues and we were able to address those issues on the same visit.
