I had a washing machine hot water copper pipe freeze and burst so needed a plumber ASAP! Called all the ones I’ve used before but they were all very busy. Finally was told by Pacific Supply to call Sage Mechanical. The gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and said he could dispatch a plumber with a few hours!
Within 2 hours Richard called and was at my home within that 2 hour time period promised. Richard was very professional and had my repair done in an hour!

5. I would actually give 10 stars! Very professional, very friendly, always let me know any updates and got everything working within an hour! Plus I was able to get an appointment right away as opposed to waiting for days! Absolutely excellent experience! Always call this company first, no matter what! Everything else is second. I have never had a problem with them and I've used them a few times!

They came and fixed the problem

I saw a “before and after” photo on the Nextdoor app. Twice I saw photos that could be my bathroom. Then one day I saw a post that they had “openings” in their busy schedule and I made the call. Demarco came by. He listened to my vision, took measurements and photos. I was given a quote later that same day. I was given an estimate of time, 10 business days to complete. They did the job in 11. In all fairness, the extra day was due to a change I requested, so I am very happy with the time taken and estimates of. The attention to details was really good.
They had gutted to the studs and gave me a brand new bathroom. Soaking tub, new toilet and vanity.
I look forward to using the team on my kitchen remodel!

Had our install done a little over a year ago. About one month after the warranty period, the pump failed on our system which meant we completely lost heat when it was about 0 degrees out. They came out that very same day and replaced the pump and didn't charge us anything even though we were out of warranty. Will definitely continue to use them again and again.

The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have done two major projects for me - plumbing my kitchen for a gas stove, and replacing a water heater. They are personable, considerate, they do exactly what they say they will and their pricing is completely humane. The second project, my water heater, required a little troubleshooting before they could determine the problem for sure. Their communication was good, and I felt really well taken care of. A seriously good business.

I highly recommend Jimmy and Kiko, I've hired them multiple times to install a base board heating system, replace a forced air furnace, replace a water tank, fix a cracked septic line, fix a natural gas line that was corroding in the earth in my crawlspace, and a few other odds and ends. Multiple members of my family also hired them to handle their plumbing needs and they are always satisfied with the results. They are professional, punctual, have integrity, and are easy to work with. I won't use anyone else, keep up the great work guys!

My Boiler caught fire during the last cold snap and I asked around to see who I should call for a fix or replacement. One of my friends told me to call Flow Star. I called for an appointment to have a guy come look and he confirmed what I had suspected, that the boiler was toast.
