If you are looking for a full-service, dependable company to design and install an award winning outdoor living space, look no further than Mountainscapers. After receiving several bids, we chose them because of their incredibly creative proposal to turn my dirt pile of a backyard into an island oasis - complete with an incredible shade structure (made with hand-scraped Ponderosa pine), a deal of the century waterfall feature, a gently sloping grass area flanked by an incredible garden and an expanded patio.

The proposal was fantastic -but could they actually deliver on their promises? Amazingly, they did! In fact, they exceeded expectations and stayed within budget. The real bonus for us was that the owner, Sean, contacted us several times afterwards to make sure I was happy. We WERE happy - and we''re guessing you will be too. Sean, Tony (the project manager) and their crew of five guys are head-and-shoulders above any other contractors we have worked with. Give Mountainscapers a chance - they are really a great bunch of people.

Starting with the estimate process, Chris at Lonestar was transparent in setting up what we could expect from the company from pricing to quality to timing. What I liked most was that he stuck to just what we wanted and only suggested upgrades to specific items when there was a meaningful value add to our project. Because of this, of the 3 estimates we got, it was both the lowest price and best value for what we were looking to accomplish.

There was a short time where we felt a lack of communication between when we paid our scheduling deposit and actually getting on the schedule. The reality is, there's no perfect way to predict when one job ends and the next begins and once we expressed concern over the lack of communication, they were quick to keep us up to date on when our project would start.

The end result is really phenomenal for what we paid. The minor adjustments we asked for after the work was done were taken care of within a day. We got more done for less money than another local landscaper had already done in our yard, and we will certainly reach out to Lone Star first when it's time to do more work.

Great company, really professional, on time, and the whole team is wonderful. Highly recommend if your looking for high quality work.

Nathan got me all set up with an estimate for general cleanup, and was able to accomodate a quicker turnaround than expected. Edgar and Jose did a great job on my yard which sorely needed some TLC. They were professional and got the job done pretty quick. My wife and I are very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend Divine Design Landscaping!

Sal was the utmost professional and made our backyard look fantastic! 1500 sq ft of new turf, perfectly installed. I’m so happy with his work and if I have any projects in the future, I’ll be sure to call Sal!

A great company on which you can rely for foundation related work. They're experienced in this field if your foundation has any problem, they can give you effective solutions.

I've had at least 6 so called Landscaping Companies in the 20 plus years I've lived here, perform services at my house. Victor's is by far the most professional company amongst them all. They did not blow off replacing or repairing bad sprinklers like the other companies did. They did the front and the back of the property every time, unlike one company tried to pull on us by only doing half and half. We also hired two guys who advertised themselves as Military Veterans to show support for the VETS.....THEY were the worst of all of the companies we hired. Victor's has a Crew Chief that comes by and looks at the job that the crews are doing, thus holding the crews accountable for their work. I personally would recommend Victor's if you want the job done right...... every time.

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

This company does exceptional work. We had tree roots pushing up the pavers in our driveway and sidewalk. They removed the roots, replaced the pavers, and we couldn’t tell where the damage was. I would highly recommend Desert Garden Lawn Care, LLC for your landscaping needs.

Treats employees and people very badly

The first time I used them it was great but when they came a month later it was a different story. Bushes were untrimmed, uneven, 5 foot weeds that had grown were untouched, sticks still in the yard, and spots in the grass they failed to cut. I knew they had at least come by because they damaged my landscape lights. I sent them a note about it when I reluctantly paid the bill and no one bothered to reach out to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Beware, they use labor poaching tactics to hire their employees. Not professional and very shady.

They do a great job.

These guys take care of my neighborhood and they do a very poor job. They take care of the front entrance but ignore the rest of the neighborhood. We've had huge piles of leaves sitting in our front yard for at least 6 weeks. They redid all the drip systems but didn't bother to cover the new lines thus they now leak and spray everywhere. We've have parts of the neighborhood that are supposed to have grass but sit like lots of dirt for at least 3 years and trees that have fallen over for at least 2 years. If you want quality landscaping look elsewhere.
