Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Sergio came out gave free estimate and was suppose to come back next day around 12. I never got a call, never got an apology, and he never showed up. My 2nd time using him. The first time he was great! Dont know what happened but will not use him again.

Josh was there when we needed him!

I had some unexpected surgery and was bedridden for most of the summer. Fortunately, Josh came to our rescue on the referral we received from one of his professional colleagues (who was too busy to fit us into his schedule). We were so lucky to find Josh when we did!

Josh was very respectful and caring, which these days is often unusual for somebody of his age. He is dependable and does great work. He also demonstrated great flexibility in taking on additional, unforseen problems and challenges.

I never thought I'd pay somebody else to do my family's lawn work, but even though I'm on the mend now, I'm strongly considering becoming one of Josh's clients again next summer (assuming he's got room for us).

The Landscape Guy is just the best there is. Working in the pest control industry I see a lot of yards and without a doubt the design and follow through of my yard is simply resort style phenomenal. Its been nearly 5 years since it was completed and is even more beautiful today than it was when installed. I have used these guys on multiple projects and will be hiring them when I finally get to finish my yard and install a built in BBQ and outdoor bar. I also use them for my maintenance and the guys always do exactly what is asked of them and show up on time as expected. Even if you have to wait for your install due to them being busy, dont even consider going somewhere else. its worth the wait I promise!

I live in a planned community with 1999 homes. Our HOA has been using Xeriscapes since 2007. They provide excellent service, pay attention to detail, and in an emergency, they are available 24/7/365. The company and their employees are a pleasure to have taking care of our common areas. I highly recommend that you give them a call if you are in need of a landscaper.
