Hired Sean to redesign and install our front flower bed plus fences/gates for our side-yards. We're very happy with the results. Sean communicates and collaborates well...and has great ideas. Both he and his team do what they say they're going to do. We highly recommend Mountainscapers.

From the design to completion Straight Line was awesome. Designer Holly delivered exactly what we wanted. Our projectt included a pool, patio extension pergola, and a ramada with a four burner gas grill, Primo kamado smoker, TV wall, and seating bar. The attention and professionalism all the way up to owner Travis was great. They all take great pride in providing the best quality. Beat a path to Straight Line for your outdoor project. You will have no regrets.

We had a smaller project of pavers and curbing that many landscapers were not willing to take as it was under $5K. Zee gave me an estimate and Masterscapes did a great job. Initially, the paver crew ran a 3' walk when the contract was for 4'. The foreman came by and caught it and had the crew fix the problem even though they had already cut bricks for the 3' curved walk. I'm very pleased with he end result!

Excellent customer service and excellent work. I filled my information on their website and within an hour they called and we set up an appointment for an estimate. When I decided to have them do the sod installation, it was completed when they said it would be. I highly recommend them and will have them do any future projects.

Unresponsive to calls and emails and has not completed the work and oh by the way charged for it?

It is excellent. Highly professional. Always on time. Affordable. We have had to take care of our lawn for several years: weed control and fertilization. Our yard is beautiful due to their expertise.

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our side lawn. The workers were very nice and explained how they were going to level out and make the drainage of water so it would not puddle up. They worked very hard in the heat and completed project on time.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Fantastic crew! What, normally, takes me 2 weeks, they accomplished, in an hour, and the results, far exceeded mine.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

These guys are great! They provide reasonable rates, are extremely professional, and always go above and beyond for me. I use them biweekly maintenance as well as tree trimming. They do a wonderful job, are quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!
