Best Water Management Services in Phoenix AZ

We recently completed a patio makeover which included a lot of demolition, engineering and design and building an outdoor fireplace, plants, fire bowl, planter bowls, sprinkler system, lighting and travertine patio & stacked stone. We started with another landscaper and had to terminate them due to fraud. Chris at Lone Star stepped in and helped us start over. Wow! What an amazing job they all did (Chris, office staff & laborers)! They were all so professional and hard-working and made sure every detail we wanted done was taken care of in a timely manner. We also added some additional work in the front yard once they got started. Our back yard is so beautiful and now a true outdoor living space. We still can't believe it's our yard when we look out the windows. It only enhanced our view of the golf course and mountains. We would recommend them to anyone needing work. They have great resources and are so knowledgeable in their work. We are definitely calling on Lone Star for our next project (hopefully Phase 2 of the rest of the yard). It is so comforting to know they do have your best interests in mind. Chris never recommended something that was questionable. Jamie in the office was always more than willing to help with any detail, always seeing it through to the end. The laborers were so professional and had a wonderful attitude, even though they are working outside in 110 degree sun. THANK YOU LONE STAR for an amazing job!!

Master AZscapes remodeled our backyard patio last month. We can't say enough as to what a beautiful job they did for us. The patio has been transformed into a wonderful, comfortable respite for us and ready to welcome guests. The foreman on the job, Derek, was the best. He reviewed all our ideas and came up with many himself that made the design turn Into what we imagined it to be. He and his crew SHOWED UP when they said they would and didn't keep us waiting and guessing. The crew handled the job in a timely manner and the guys were all professional and great to work with. We had this company install pavers 2 feet from our block wall and add rock between the pavers and block wall. We paid $4800! Which I felt was over priced but we were in a time crunch so we agreed to have them do the work. It took three weeks for this to be completed due to lack of communication and although my husband explained exactly what he wanted they still did not understand or take notes. I was not happy with the work they did there is a lot of dirt mixed In with the rock and they didn’t fill in the whole area with rock! I will not use this company again!

Deer Valley Landscaping is a very good company that has used it before, would recommend it. Good advice is provided, very neat and reliable, and a good job is well done.

Very professional and knowledgable. They show up when they say they will be there, they work well as a team and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I've had a major relandscaping project and also bi-weekly service. No complaints on any front.

David and his team always leave our yard looking beautiful. They do great work and are very friendly and respectful. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. We are so happy to consistently have them come maintain our yard.

?? I DO NOT recommend using Gothic Landscaping. We had a leak in our watering system and the electrical did not work within the first month of the completion of our front yard. In addition, the plants we requested from Steve Sappenfield did not match our original requests. We emailed for a month to get someone out to fix our leaks and electrical only to be told someone came out while we were at work and did not see any problems. This company has the worst professionalism and customer service imaginable. Watch out for Steve Sappenfield and his Admin Assistant Alison Krogstie as they led the team to the horrible service.

Poor communication skills

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. I hope you never have to go through this, but if you do. This should be the only number you call.

Not landscape related at all.. I'm a contractor and was stranded on the side of the road on the way to the gas station. As Moises and Edgar were driving by I was able to motion to them I needed help pushing Tahoe out of the way. They understood and made a u-turn to help me..

After learning I was out of gas they quickly offered a bit of has to get me to gas station., they refused payment as it wasn't their gas.

Imagine how well they will do for landscape clients!

I hired Botanist of the Valley to do a complete renovation of my front and backyard.

First I need to say that if you are looking for a quick turnaround, don’t think like that. They are very quality oriented and pay attention to detail, so a project can and will most likely take time…but at the end it is 100% worth it.

Luis and his entire team is great to work with and I can say the price is more than fair and on point.

A year later Luis reached out to me directly to ask if any plants needed to be replaced while under warranty. Fortunately we only had one Ocotillo and one Artichoke cactus that needed to be replaced. Everything else is healthy and thriving.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone of my friends and will continue to use them as needed, although they have done everything perfect to this point….so maybe on the next home location???

Use them, understand that these projects take time and you will be happy with the end result.

Doesn't pay its bills

Well if you like having them in your back yard at 6:00 am tell 7:30 am, coy don't care to wake up all its customers, this is just bad business. p.s The workers are good and the work they do is well but the one star is for waking all of us up... .update they are doing much better, thanks coy

No good I asked them for a bid for my property of 17 acres and they did not respond, Listened on the 1st initial phone call but nothing beyond that
