I have used a different lawn service for years, but during the summer months, and now because of COVID, they are NEVER available when I need them.

AMS responded to my request immediately, they set up a clean up for the next day, and they even cleaned up a mess I made from trying my hand at gardening. I would have liked a bit shorter cut to my bushes (hence, the four stars, rather than five), but otherwise stellar work on the yards.

Their billing takes a bit of front-load work on your end, but it made paying so easy. I will definitely use them again.

Divine Design did a great job on my front & rear landscaping. They even trimmed my large agaves that the previous 3 landscaping companies never touched, and removed debris in my yard that was there prior to the job. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I recieve from this crew! My yard has seriously never looked better. They pay attention to my feedback and im kinda picky on how my plants grow! Always timely, always polite and professional. Not to mention it is easy to complete their digital invoices- no shady leave the cash under the doormat like all of my previous landscapers. Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

We have been working with Victors for at least 2 years. At first, the service was good. But as time dragged on issues kept cropping up, and they didn't seem to really care. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at this place. We issued directions for them to please stop running their trimmer against the wall knocking off paint (easy to do), but they continued to do it. Besides the normal stuff of cut cables from trimming (this is simply not paying attention and going too fast), the issues with the Office staff were constant. They would not get back to us. We told them we wanted only our front lawn reseeded (like last year), and they end up doing the whole lawn, and charged us double anyways for their mistake. They changed the controllers to flood the lawn for the reseed to germinate, but never bothered to come back out and change them back after the lawn was germinated and it was obvious - nothing proactive. So, I had to ask them to do it. After two weeks, they still had not done it. I had to ask again. Another week goes by and they guy never shows up. Finally the 4th week they fix it, but put the blame on me (yeah right...). Then, because they never came for 3 weeks, they charged me for lawn mowing (which they didn't do) that they could not do because the lawn was wet because of the timer issue, which I had already requested 2 weeks earlier for them to fix. The won't even acknowledge the letter I sent with the 3 emails between me and office staff of the aforementioned battle and requesting they waive the $65.00 lawn mowing charge because of their inability to fix their own makings. I have no idea how to change the timers they installed. They bill themselves as full-service...yeah right.

The lawn work is good, but the constant battles with screwups by the office has just made me say enough is enough. I suggest you find another company.

These guys are fantastic!! The best landscape crew I have ever met!! They are so nice, respectful, and most importantly they work fast and do an amazing job. If you want a crew that shows up and gets the job done at fair price this is the number you need to call!! I will be calling them for the rest of my jobs and you should too!!

They show up when they say they are going to and do a FANTASTIC job. Our yard looks so tidy and clean after!! We are so glad we found them. Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up...$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.....said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600...to weed and trim and rake. I don’t know about you but I sure don’t pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged......also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I’d share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me

No good I asked them for a bid for my property of 17 acres and they did not respond, Listened on the 1st initial phone call but nothing beyond that
