Finally a service provider that provides stellar service. Our experience with Riley and AMS was fantastic. The process to get an estimate was super convenient and I was able to schedule the work right away. The quality of the work done was top notch. Riley went above and beyond and really cared about how my yard looked and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She even texted me a picture of the work when it was done because she knew I was excited to see the outcome! I highly recommend Eddie. I’ve used him several times now to cut down a huge tree and trimmed several other trees. He’s very trustworthy, knowledgeable, very reasonable prices and professional.
The first time he came out to trim some trees he said that one tree was sick and it needed cut down but I was skeptical because it was the first time I used his services and it looked green and healthy. However, sure enough six months later a giant branch broke off of it and you could see the tree was hollow inside. He knows his trees! Branko, the owner, came out personally on Memorial day weekend to check out my lawn and give me an estimate. They arrived on time two days later and cleaned up my lawn in a quick professional manner. The owner supervised the job to make sure it was done right. My yard looks great and the rates are very affordable. I highly recommend this company!

I have had Big Nick's do a number of jobs for me over the last few months including building block walls for us. They are so professional and always do an outstanding job. It can be hard to find a company that can handle all your landscaping needs and will charge a reasonable price but these guys are the real deal. I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else. They are outstanding.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

I recently had my backyard landscaping done with Victors. My requirement was a low cost but yet a neat one to cover the dirt as this was a new build. Ana the project manager was great to work with. She helped schedule the whole work the way I wanted and completed the work at earliest possible time frame within the original estimated cost.

I called their office 2 weeks ago, told the operator I wanted to set an appointment for somebody to come to our property to give us a quote. No one ever called me back or contacted me. I guess they don't need new business. So I give them a one rating! Terrible customer service
