Best Tree And Shrub in Phoenix AZ

I have been trying to work with Chris since September of last year on a large backyard remodel. It is now 9 months later and we still do not have permits. I received numerous emails stating we were almost there come to find out plans had not even been filed with city. I asked if he ws too busy months ago and I would go elsewhere. Nope we were almost there. Come to find out plans have been sitting at the city since March waiting for corrections. I offered to pick up plans and have the delivered to responsbile parties, again no response. All I want is permits and will he not add me to file at the city so we can move on. And yes we gave him 1/2 down to work through permitting.

Nathan and his crew have been working for us since 2016. They are a pleasure to have tend to our landscaping. Always willing to accommodate our requests perfectly. Nathan is very quick to respond to texts and emails for any special requests that we might have and in fact is proactive in emailing us himself a few days before each service to ask if indeed there is anything in particular we want tended to. Everything is written down for his crew before they set out each day to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Really very professional and again a pleasure to have them work for us.

Month after month - year after year these guy just get it done. Yard always looks picture perfect.

Diseased tree removal and replacement. We had a slight glitch in the job but that was also due to our schedule having been moved up since we offered to take a schedule change if they had a cancellation/reschedule. Stump grinder wasn't available at the time of removal and that put us back a couple of days. Not a big disruption and I would have given a 4.5 but doesn't seem like that option exists. Victor and his team do a good job and we recommend them for their expertise and ability to accomplish the work needed.

3 times canceled, and my yard is not getting done before Christmas, what a surprise

Place is awesome! From basic plants to pre groomed trees and bushes. Tons to chose from. Bought our first 6 plants for our house. We'll definitely be back for more.

I highly recommend The Landscape Guy. Ivan's crew was fast and did quility work. I could not be more happy with the result. They are now our go to for all our landscape needs.
