I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

We have been working with Victors for at least 2 years. At first, the service was good. But as time dragged on issues kept cropping up, and they didn't seem to really care. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at this place. We issued directions for them to please stop running their trimmer against the wall knocking off paint (easy to do), but they continued to do it. Besides the normal stuff of cut cables from trimming (this is simply not paying attention and going too fast), the issues with the Office staff were constant. They would not get back to us. We told them we wanted only our front lawn reseeded (like last year), and they end up doing the whole lawn, and charged us double anyways for their mistake. They changed the controllers to flood the lawn for the reseed to germinate, but never bothered to come back out and change them back after the lawn was germinated and it was obvious - nothing proactive. So, I had to ask them to do it. After two weeks, they still had not done it. I had to ask again. Another week goes by and they guy never shows up. Finally the 4th week they fix it, but put the blame on me (yeah right...). Then, because they never came for 3 weeks, they charged me for lawn mowing (which they didn't do) that they could not do because the lawn was wet because of the timer issue, which I had already requested 2 weeks earlier for them to fix. The won't even acknowledge the letter I sent with the 3 emails between me and office staff of the aforementioned battle and requesting they waive the $65.00 lawn mowing charge because of their inability to fix their own makings. I have no idea how to change the timers they installed. They bill themselves as full-service...yeah right.

The lawn work is good, but the constant battles with screwups by the office has just made me say enough is enough. I suggest you find another company.

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.

If you are looking for a landscaper, look no further. G. Michael did a beautiful job in re-doing our front and back yards. New watering system, stone and fresh plants. They came in and finished the entire project in two days. The crew we had were very hard workers and were very nice boys. The entire experience was an A+++.

These guys are great! They provide reasonable rates, are extremely professional, and always go above and beyond for me. I use them biweekly maintenance as well as tree trimming. They do a wonderful job, are quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!
