Best Pool Home in Phoenix AZ

Well, it has been a year in the planning and designing-- and finally completion! Sean is creative, experienced and professional. I was involved with every stage of the project which COMPLETELY transformed my 1/2 acre property in North Central Phoenix. I wanted something original and with a modern twist. I also wanted a garden. All my wishes were beautifully put together to deliver a large functional garden and incorporate the fruit trees I wanted. Custom fountains, bridge, patios, fence/gate and garden shed all were exactly what I wanted. Designs were reviewed with me at every stage and the final products far exceeded my expectations. He uses the highest quality materials and plants. I would recommend Sean and Mountainscapers without hesitation.

I normally never bother to write reviews, but I have to share what was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to warn others of how they may get treated.

In April 2018, I paid in full for Chris to put together plans for my rather large back yard. Contacting him is an extreme pain - do not bother calling their business number as you will get connected with someone who seems like they could care less about your concerns. I emailed Chris roughly 15 times over the past 5 months and called countless times to try to get updates on blown deadlines, which there were 4 of them and countless excuses.

He eventually agreed to come meet at my house to try to right things and talk details of the plan, which came out to be incorrect twice (probably because there was such a long gap between the meeting and when he sent me the next drawing).

Finally in September of 2018, after missing the deadline for the 'final plan' twice, he sends me a drawing with no dimensions, no renderings, no estimates, and no water/power/gas line configurations like I had asked for. When I asked him about it - the drawing is 'to scale'. Now nobody can do any work without converting the plot plans to what a PDF hopefully correctly converts tiny measurements to.

All of this to say, I highly warn anyone who doesn't have money in hand (do not pay in full before the job is done, or this may happen to you too) for a specific job and dimensions ready to go to work with Lone Star. They really need to work on their communication and committing to promises. I am now out almost $2,000 with no workable plan. I am hoping they will now bother to call me and correct this imbalance.

We love how Straight Line transformed our front and back yards. Lots of attention to detail and truly wanted us to be happy with the end results. Can't say enough good things about this company and their crew.

I had to do grading floor around our house for drainage issue and remove old tree stump from the ground. I got quotes from 6 different companies. All Terrain Landscaping gave me the most affordable quote. The process was very smooth and hassle free. Adam listened and communicated multiple times with me regarding my concern and goal of the project and applied every single little detail requested. Adam and his crews were on time on the project day, and they started the project right away at 6 am and finished everything before 12 pm. His crews were extremely professional. They kept checking with me about their progress, and gave me multiple chances to tell them my input. Could you please add more dirt here? Could you please make slope steeper here? Could you please dig these area deeper? Whenever I requested something regarding the project, it was done instantly and the crews would double check with me. Is this how you wanted? Wow, wow, wow. The crews were so professional and, I was extremely satisfied and happy with their work.
Make sure you get a quote from this company before you make your decision on any project in landscaping. Excellent on everything!!!

I hired Matt to do hardscape around pool 3 yrs ago. He did a decent job. Took longer than expected but ok job. In the weeks after,, I saw some cracking in travertine and a part broke off, that needed repair. When we called no-one got back to us. We decided to deal with it. Then fast-forward to three years later we decide to call them to get a quote for our front yard...all new landscape. Matt comes out and is agreeable and seemingly professional, even agrees to also fix the travertine left broken from his original job. Apologizing about it. Says he will send the bid for new front yard project and set up date next week to fix old travertine problem. He never sent bid or fixed anything. We texted him and he said he will be out in a couple days, but of course never came. We tried getting in touch again but no luck. Wasted my time! This company is totally unprofessional and can't be counted on. I would not ever use them again. I did end up using another company that did a great job (and also had to hire them to fix Venetian's orig problem).
