It was a cold, dark, & stormy night. I was locked outta my house and I called up J&J. Jeff showed up in 20 minutes and had me inside in no time. Fast service, nice guy, great attitude. 10/10, would get locked out again.

I was locked out of my U-Haul storage containment. I set up the appointment on Friday, Bobby was very punctual, even a little bit early which is perfect. It did not take him long start to finish, which considering he had never seen the lock before was impressive.
