Would not use them again. I can get the same quality of pruning by stopping by the Home Depot parking lot. I had tears in my eyes when I saw what they did to my Pslo Verde. I don't think they know anything about how to prune a tree properly. I know more about the do's and don'ts of pruning from just the online research I've done. I have more to say, but you get the idea.

We chose Big Nick’s for our backyard landscape project based off of what we’d seen in reviews other satisfied customers had posted online. We had just purchased our home about 7 months prior, and while the front and interior were fantastic, the backyard was nonexistent. And, when I say that, I mean it was literally a barren dirt patch.

Enter Big Nick’s. They brought our vision to reality in an incredible timely fashion. We utilized them to demo and pour concrete, install an irrigation system from scratch, lay sod with a cool metal border, and put down about 7 tons of gravel.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work they’ve done and 110% recommend them to anyone else in need of landscaping. You get what you pay for, and while I’m sure there may be a few companies out there that claim they can do something similar for less, I very much doubt you’ll get half the quality or attention to detail.

Informative, honest and a meticulous attention to detail.. I wouldn’t trust working with any other company from now out. The estimate for my backyard was much lower than other estimates and they even helped me save money on materials! The peace of mind was always being in the known. Communication was outstanding and they stuck to their word every step of the way! My backyard turned out perfect! I can’t wait to complete future projects with Landscaping Authority! Great job!

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

I bought a different home with a drip irrigation system. The homeowner did not understand how it worked and could not explain it to me. A month in, the drip system started to run constantly. My water bill was enormous. A call to Victor's and they responded the next day found the problem and fixed it reasonably. I highly recommend Victor's.

I am so happy with their service. They cranked out my front yard and back yard in a VERY timely manner and cleaned up the mess where I couldn't even tell they had been there. Most other landscape companies I have had come out have just done the minimum and always left residue behind or piled the trash on my curb. I would definitely recommend them. Hi. Botanist of the valley did an amazing job on our Backyard renovation. We wanted to extend our backyard so we could add a swingset for our kids. Our backyard is by a lake and was large but very sloped. They built a retaining wall and fill in certain in the area level. They redid the sprinklers, Electrical, and lighting. They added planters and plants. They put real turf in part of the yard and artificial turf under the swings. They did a great job of putting drains under the swings and slides so that rainwater would not gather in those areas. They gave us many extra hose bibs and electrical outlets throughout the yard which is so helpful. They were good at making design suggestions which enhance the project. For example, we were just going to have simple stairs go from the upper to lower level but they suggested adding a grand staircase with lighting and a dock on the lower level. It turned out really Beautiful. They did a good job communicating. We got a text every morning that the crew is coming to our house. Highly recommend.

The team at Capstone laid a whole paver driveway for me. Great work. Amazing results of how it transformed the curb appeal of my home. Very timely and cleaned up all leftover materials and waste. And the best part was the price. Got 5 quotes and they were the best. I will be back.
