Best Paver Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Lone Star just finished my project today. The work is exceptional. I had a long 3' x 40' elevated planter. They removed all of the old plants (which were overgrown and a mismatch of a mess) and placed new plants, a new water line, and granite. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

We did due diligence to ensure we were getting a quality landscaping company. Chad’s team that built our gazebo and did all of our travertine tiling in the back yard is 5 star. However, we were given sub standard plants, to which many of our ground covering plants died within a week of being planted. Hibiscus plants looked unhealthy from day one of planting, as well as our Texas Mountain Laurel tree, which had some type of bug infestation which the tree lost all its leaves. We tried to reach out to resolve plant issues, and have never heard back from Chad. Torn on whether I’d recommend the company, as his crew did great work with the travertine, but there’s more to landscaping than just that.

This company was great! We are new to landscaping ideas and pavers and having a smaller backyard we needed good advice. They took our ideas and added their own expertise and concept and we couldn't be happier. The team was professional and friendly. We have not. By the time you answered me back, I hired someone and they came and gave me a quote. A business that doesn't answer phone calls and takes that long to get back is pretty frustrating. I needed to speak to a live person or be contacted within an hour at least. Its just professional to do so. I am a business owner and my customers are important to me. Then when you did call, you said yeah did you call this number?, well of course I did and left a message about it too. The way I would have done it is Hello my name is Victoria and I received a message from this number about our service. How may I help you? So you have a good day Big Nick's phone person. No dispespect but I have no idea who you are because you never communicated that at all

The Landscape Authority Team helped beautify our front yard before selling our house. They put in sod, plants, and an irrigation system. The team customized to my personal wishes and plans. They all worked hard and showed up on time, every time. They went the extra mile where others wouldn't have. Highly recommend!

This company repaired the valve they were hired for & did an excellent job. I have used them personally & will continue recommending them!

We would like to thank Luis and the entire staff of Botanist of the valley for a job well done. Our front landscaping needed a complete rip out as did our walkway. Marty contacted us immediately and drew up detailed designs for the project and estimate. The entire crew from demo, install new irrigation, lighting and pavers for our courtyard and plantings were excellent. The final result is beautiful and we would highly recommend BOTV to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

They came an hour late did poor work I would not recommend them for anybody very very high price
