We used Lonestar Landscaping 8yrs ago for a big travertine, outdoor fireplace, artificial turf project in our backyard, which was a success, so when we decided to totally redesign our front yard & add a BBQ island in the backyard, I had to reach out to Chris Cadena. 8 years later, I got the same experience: professional, skilled, stellar clean up, high quality material, timely, respectful of my property and a beautiful end product. Chad and Ground Zero did a complete backyard project for me including pavers, bbq, fire pit, irrigation, plants/trees, and artificial turf. Ghosted me on scheduling service for work that was approved through a quote.
I was told that scheduling was 2 weeks out. I was fine with that, just wanted get it scheduled.
After a week of waiting, my credit card was billed for a deposit, and no scheduling had been agreed appon. So I was expecting 3 weeks out or more? F-that. If they couldnt handle the work load they should have take my money. Canceled all services AND they still charged me a processing fee!!!

Follow up 1/2021 Botanist of the Valley did a project for us early in 2020. Part of the project was to improve the appearance and seal our existing pavers. Somewhere over the summer, the finish became cloudy. I asked them to return and make the situation right. After an evaluation, they returned, pressure washed the pavers, added new sand and resealed them. Afterwards they guided me to a source and I was able to apply another coating of the same product they used to add to the good work they had done.

2/2020 This is a landscaping and design shop that provides reliable and good customer service. They have a great client oriented culture and attentive staff. This is a landscaper you can rely on to respond to your questions and changes. Their quality of workmanship is a professional grade. I picked these guys from other Yelp reviews and very satisfied with my choice. I have had other landscapers who did not return my inquiries or to my needs with much attention. I recommend this company. I am a service contractor in another industry and know what it takes to make a client happy. These guys are good!

Great work today, They worked hard and quickly on our Landscape design and tree removal service ,We will use them again and Would definitely recommend to family and friends, they have great service, attention to detail and excellent affordable prices

Poor installation. Barely 2 years and pavers sank. Now we’re dealing with a leak on the irrigation system they installed under the pavers.
