Best Landscape Repair in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were looking to develop an outdoor space for a 14 year old house. I had three bids, talked with several contractors on options using natural organic material. Was ready to give up, but have 10 weeks we finally met Sean. He heard what we wanted, steered us to an existing design in his portfolio. Within 1 week we had an agreement including design, material, color,... The crew was very knowledgeable, started early, and handled the details. We had one moment of decision making but did not lose a step. I believe there were three material deliveries, one the crew refused because it was incorrect. Worked in the excessive heat and when they left the place was neat and clean. ?

The end product is fantastic, awesome, ... It fits perfectly into the architecture of the house. It looks like the structure always was there. ? The materials captured our intentions within the project and was right on budget. It was a great pleasure for my wife and I to work with Sean and his team. The result is approximately 700 sq. ft. of patio space that we love and will continue to enjoy as it develops over the years. ?

They did an outstanding transformation of a small, awkward backyard. They were professional and knowledgeable about each step of the process. Tony Erickson was responsive with all our questions and concerns from the beginning of designing to the completion of the project. The end result was a sophisticated, elegant backyard space that is eminently suited to relaxation as well as entertaining. The lighting is perfection and gives the yard a glow that is enchanting in the evening. It is a beautiful area that is a pleasure ... as was working with Lonestar Landscaping.

The team who came to my house was really great! They asked me exactly what work I needed done, and got right to it. I didn’t have all of the plants that I wanted them to install, so instead they trimmed a tree for me. The foreman answered my questions about caring for what they planted and he was nice enough to re-set our irrigation system. They cleaned up the yard and you’d have never guessed that anyone was here! I was very impressed with BJ’s Landscaping and we will definitely be using them again for our landscaping needs.

AMS Landscaping comes highly recommend! I was referred to this company when I was looking for a company that services my area. These guys always seem to impress me! I love the fact that they pay close attention to the small details, beings I have OCD.

Divine Design are awesome to work with. Quick estimate, no pressure sales, incredibly reasonable pricing. They tackled my insanely overgrown bougainvilleas, trimmed my dwarf palms, and took out truly dead bushes for me. I'll be working with them again in the future on my backyard and general landscaping maintenance.

Sal & his team did an amazing job with our backyard. They were professional & punctual. Rain or sun! We would definitely recommend Sal to everyone we know and we will be back to him for future projects!

Bronko was supposed to come to my home this morning for an estimate to install sprinklers and a drip system. I text him to ask what time he would be here to plan my day accordingly. Bronko responded he was busy and it was raining and would come next Saturday. When I replied that we agreed to today and I expected him to keep his word he told me he would come but needed to be compensated for gas and 2 hours of his day. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are actually businesses out there that appreciate customers.

The people aren't nice and polite it's a really good place to work

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

These guys are great! They provide reasonable rates, are extremely professional, and always go above and beyond for me. I use them biweekly maintenance as well as tree trimming. They do a wonderful job, are quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!

Steve white & Mary Miller have been doing business with us for over a decade and I’m not the easiest person to please but they are very gracious in dealing with my crazy requests and quirks...For a landscaping company and synthetic grass company they treat me like family and I know they Stand behind their work ..I’m very happy to have them service our grounds monthly and when I buy my new house they will be installing the grass and putting Greens..

These guys were doing the maintenance on businesses landscape and they didn’t bother to ask us to move our cars. They just cut the branches off trees and let them fall on our cars. I’ve never seen such carelessness and someone that I’ve hired.

Reckless driving habits.

I called their office 2 weeks ago, told the operator I wanted to set an appointment for somebody to come to our property to give us a quote. No one ever called me back or contacted me. I guess they don't need new business. So I give them a one rating! Terrible customer service
