They were very open coming back and fixing some of the travertine tiles that were chipped and ensured that me as a customer was satisfied.

For 25 years I had envisioned turning my dismal backyard into a calm and serene scenic oasis. I contacted MasterAZscapes to help realize this dream and have been overwhelmed by the amazing results. Far better than I ever expected. MasterAZscapes put together a dream team of professionals who made my concept a reality. Troy was the designer who took my abstract ideas and turned them into a detailed, practical plan. Darrell was the project manager who kept everybody moving forward in an efficient timely fashion. Jesus, Andy, Fernando, Juan, Armando and Bernardo were all artists with stone, lighting, planting, irrigation, and terrain sculpting. These are the guys you want on your project. They were always responsive, on time and worked with near fanatical attention to detail and quality.

I inquired about having a designer to come out to my house to help come up with a design and quote for my front yard. I had to keep following up with them to get someone to come out to my house and finally they sent someone with no time window just a text message saying I am 15 minutes away. The person they sent knew nothing about design so was a complete waste of time. I asked him what would it cost to put turf on my front yard and he said around $5k, when the quote came in it was $15k. They sent an follow up automated email asking about the quote and explained the situation without response then the next day they sent the same follow-up email.

Sal and his team were an extreme pleasure to work with. He listened to my ideas and was able to take it and create the vision I was ultimately looking for. What I appreciated the most about Sal was his recommendations, his prompt responses, and his very accurate timeline on completion of the project. He did an amazing job on my backyard and really created a space my family can enjoy.

Curt Havens and his team did a fantastic design and front & backyard landscaping implementation on our home. He was by far the best value for money based on multiple quotes we got. No issues with communications or making a few design changes here and there along the way. I would certainly use Curt and his company for any future work and I would highly recommend Outside Living Concepts to anyone looking for new landscaping or updating an existing landscape design.

Phoenix Landscaping provides dependable and expert care of my yard and irrigation system. Whenever I've had a problem, I can call or email Branko, and he takes care of the concern immediately. If he notices an issue when he's on the job, he contacts me right away as well. Trustworthy, dependable, talented. I couldn't recommend this service more.

Watch them like a hawk, they get paid and don't show up. they owe our community for at least 10 times they were a no show. When I complain to the HOA they send me nasty letters. Their mismanagement has caused damage and a big liability to our community. Buyer beware! They ignored the drainage into the wash they are supposed to maintain which looks horrible and it over flowed washing away the soil under the sidewalk. Whenever I complain they dismiss me and continue to do sub par work. This is what you can expect for over $400 a month! Pathetic!

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! We've used Ivan just recently and it's been the worst experience dealing with a landscaper. Weeds where cut with a weed wacker and the bush in front of my home wasn't even shaped properly. When I asked him to addess it, he said he would but a week went by and I never heard from him. Don't waste your time with this company.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Also keep in mind of all the 5 star reviews he is one of the reviewers himself: Jose Rodriguez. The rest are probably friends and family.

They are not professionals. I pay every month but they are not good at communication and are not responsive to what I want done in my yard. They had a guy come out and I did not even talk to him. I am the customer and they want to do it their way without any consultation from me. I am not satisfied with their work.

These guys are great. Luis showed up to give a quote in person for our demo job. They were able to start the next day - a Saturday, and would have worked Sunday too if I hadn't insisted they take a day off. They got the job done quick and they were extremely considerate of saving us money. Best of all, the communication was impeccable. As I was away at work I got regular updates from Luis about the progress. Whenever something came up, Luis was on top of it, providing details and helping out. This is a great company!

Steve white & Mary Miller have been doing business with us for over a decade and I’m not the easiest person to please but they are very gracious in dealing with my crazy requests and quirks...For a landscaping company and synthetic grass company they treat me like family and I know they Stand behind their work ..I’m very happy to have them service our grounds monthly and when I buy my new house they will be installing the grass and putting Greens..

Driving down 43rd ave north bound by I-10 one of your trucks began swerving from side to side. To mess with the car behind him. Extremly dangerous and unprofessional. Im a driving instructor. When we drove by i suggested he grow up and knock it off. His response. The middle finger.. Obviously the most professional and adult way of handling things. If this is the caliber of people who work for you. Or this could possibly be the owner and judging by the number of negative reviews. You'll never get my business.
