The team over at Lone Star were great. They professionally quoted our project and started work almost immediately. We fell in love with their initial design concept and were just blown away at the results. Our backyard is now our favorite part of the property. We are very pleased with the pillars that were constructed for our porch and the porch extension that we plan to use for a fire pit area. Since we also had rocks, artificial turf, plants and a drip system installed, our backyard has a whole new look! The crew was agreeable with our requests. They were a little bit careless with the plants: I had to pull several branches out from under rocks for several of the plants. Fortunately, we have a year's guarantee with the new plants. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.

We have had a troublesome drainage issue in our backyard for years. Other attempts to solve the problem were not successful. Masterscapes designed and completed a drainage system that so far is working very well. Thanks.

Curt Havens and his team did a fantastic design and front & backyard landscaping implementation on our home. He was by far the best value for money based on multiple quotes we got. No issues with communications or making a few design changes here and there along the way. I would certainly use Curt and his company for any future work and I would highly recommend Outside Living Concepts to anyone looking for new landscaping or updating an existing landscape design.

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

Only know how to butcher nice trees and bushes till dead. Workers are rude and inconsiderate around residents Vehicles. Main tool used is Leaf (dust) blower Sending everything onto private patios. Over trimming bushes and trees killing them or not repairing sprinkler system providing water to them. Seem like as soon as the foliage is blooming the trim all the flowers and blooms off.

We used Botanist to design and install our new front yard. This included boulder wall, lighting and plant selection. They did a great job and delivered exactly what we asked for. Unique design and quick response to any concerns. Luis was great to work with, his knowledge will make your project run smoothly.

This has been my best experience to date for a good sized landscaping project. Adam and his team swept in like a tornado, re-graded my side yard / added a long raised planter / new BBQ pad / paver patio & walkway. They are great to work with, excellent knowledge and suggestions.

We really liked working with them originally. Rich was communicative and quick to get us an estimate and mock-up. Everything was great until we paid our deposit, which was 1/3 of a big backyard job, and then radio silence.

The only time they communicated was when we reached out. They kept telling us different start dates, further and further out. Finally my fiance requested to just get our money back so we could get someone who would actually do the work.

Matt Coyle then tried to keep our deposit, stating business costs that he refused to provide dated proof for or any record of. It's all pretty disheartening. Matt said he would refund us in full (see texts), but then he never sent the check. 2 weeks later, we texted to see if it was coming, and he ignored us. Then we wrote our 2nd review after 3 WEEKS of no check, and he finally then responds to us with the below text.
