Not reliable. When I initially setup my consult the time window was sometime on Thursday. I asked them to narrow down to morning or afternoon but then the supervisor only gave me 10 minutes of forewarning when he was heading to my place. It takes me at least 30 minutes to get home from work so I said I wouldn't be there in time. When he asked to go to other appointments and come by later in the afternoon I said okay and drove home from work expecting to meet him. He never called back and he didn't answer when I called him. Thanks for wasting my time.

We had a section of our irrigation system that we stopped using start to leak unexpectedly. Called around to a few places and Divine Design was able to fit us in within a week to determine the issue and came back the next morning to take care of it. Every employee we talked to during the process was very nice and not pushy at all. We will likely use them in the future if we need some other work done.

Curt is highly experienced and a consummate professional, had innovative ideas to present, incorporated our ideas where appropriate, has his own highly skilled team along with the best subcontractors (pool, decking, etc), is very detailed oriented, followed up frequently, and made the overall process stress-free. Branko, the owner, came out personally on Memorial day weekend to check out my lawn and give me an estimate. They arrived on time two days later and cleaned up my lawn in a quick professional manner. The owner supervised the job to make sure it was done right. My yard looks great and the rates are very affordable. I highly recommend this company!

Luis and his team are fantastic! Luis came out to give us a free estimate and we have been using Landscaping Authority ever since. They even installed and educated us on the use of our watering system. Luis even built us a beautiful custom planter for our new babmboo plant! Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our contract expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the receipt now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and do the right thing by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just grassy weeds which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like we've had people out sick for two months.

Sergio's guys did a back yard clean up including trimming 3 citrus trees. They showed up on time, made my out-of-control trees look beautiful, left the yard spotless, and even skimmed out the leaves that fell into the pool. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and wish I had found them a long time ago.
